Excellent response to order. Chair delivery in the time stated delivery men polite and helpful kept me informed as to estimated time of delivery. They unpacked the chair and placed it where I wanted it.

The Blenheim outdoor armchairs arrived in good time and in perfect condition. The 9cm cushions were too thick and firm for us, but this was quickly resolved by swapping for the 5cm ones. The chairs are well made and really comfortable. We are delighted with our purchase.

This is my second purchase from this lovely Company. 1 bedroom chair 2 yrs ago and recently 2 Blenheim outdoor chairs in the delightful green. They are comfortable and very well made. The Company keep you informed and as I ordered by phone Mike was helpful friendly and gave good advice.Delivery was also very good even took the packaging away which is a bonus, I cannot recommend this Company enough they are simply great.

The chair I bought is the usual Lloyd Loom, well constructed & a lovely design.
Only one thing I would add is that the colour online does not look like the actual chair colour I received?! The colour is acceptable but I was disappointed it was not what I expected.

We were looking for 2 traditional rattan outdoor lloyd loom chairs to sit on our porch. Having found Lloyd Looms on the web, then checking out the positive reviews, I ordered samples of Panama green rattan and the seat fabric. Roger organised this for me and they were received the following day. On ordering, I made a silly mistake and ordered the indoor chairs instead, very promptly, Mike rang me to confirm which chair I actually required...thank goodness for their excellent customer service ! The Henley chairs arrived today and I am very happy with them indeed. Its always tricky buying on line, but have no fear if you are considering a purchase. They are very comfortable and sturdy plus look so attractive too. Great product and great customer service. Wish I could leave a photo ......

Brilliant and personal customer service, excellent delivery (local) and packaging, provided with a choice of cushions so we could match to kitchen, which was invaluable as we would have made a big mistake! We have been thrilled with our new Dining Chairs, beautifully built, so comfortable and replacing our old, very old mahogany chairs that need much tlc and new seat pads.
