Live in care direct supplied lovely carers for our sister suited to her personality and needs.
They were very kind and supportive of the whole family.
The service from live I care was outstanding with immediate response any time of the day every day of the week.
They really understood the importance of been there for your needs.

Live in care have worked well so far for my Mother. My Mother likes the carer, which is very important. Price wise they are extremely competitive and I would recommend them.

Live-in Care Direct we’re very easy to deal with and the care they provided was amazing When someone is living in your home the fit needs to be exact and nothing was too much trouble for the team. I had contacted them for care for my mother at a very difficult time, they couldn’t have made things any easier and the Carer was fabulous.

Absolutely cannot fault this company! Dad is a stroke victim and we were given the task of finding him a live in carer. After 2 weeks of speaking to many other companies I was recommended to speak to Jason who was absolutely amazing, answered all our questions promptly and informatively, and found us the perfect carer within 24 hours of first contact

We have never been let down by Live-in Care Direct and all the Carers who have looked after our mum have been kind and caring.

We needed a live in carer for my mother, we were lucky to find Live-in Care Direct. Jason promptly found us a wonderful carer. She was such a kind caring, patient and conscientious lady, she looked after my mum at home right until the end. Whoever this lady goes on to work for is very lucky. As for Jason and Keith at Live-in Care Direct, they were always available to talk to, they themselves are very kind caring people. I always spoke to Jason directly which was good to always deal with the one person. Without Jason’s help I would have had to have put my mum in a nursing home. The customer service was excellent, I would highly recommend this company.

I required a carer for my father urgently to help with his care. Jason was able to find someone at very short notice for over the Christmas period which was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help which took the stress out of a difficulty situation.

I would give Line-in Care Direct as many stars as possible. They were wonderful and helped me so much at a dreadful time of my life. My husband was very ill with a very rare cancer, which he battled for 5 years. He was admitted to hospital for the last time for treatment during the beginning of the pandemic. He was in a terrible state when he was discharged and I needed to get a carer so quickly. Jason practically saved my life and got me the most wonderful carer she was with me for a month after which my husband sadly passed away. I really don't know what I would have done without Line-in Care Direct and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Live-in Care Direct was a very fast and straightforward service to use. This was greatly appreciated at a very stressful time, particularly as my mother had complex needs. The customer service was always polite, sympathetic and easy to contact. I would highly recommend.

My wife needed a live-in carer for two weeks last year. Live-in Direct sent us a mature experienced lady who looked after my wife very well during this time. She was attentive to my wife at all times, day and light. She also attended to housework, such as the laundry. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She came fully prepared with all her needs, including bed linen. Her requirements were very modest - often we would insist on her having more! She was very clean and hygienic at all times.

Jason and the team were fantastic, very last minute request and Jason went above and beyond to help me, highly recommend

I was put in touch Jason when my parents needed live-in care urgently the week before Christmas. He introduced us to an experienced and well qualified carer at a time when other agencies were quoting waiting times of weeks or months, and got the arrangements in train in just a couple of days. Whenever I have needed to be in touch has has been personally available on the end of the phone and could not have been more responsive.

We cannot praise the company at Live In Care enough. There provided excellent full time care for my late father over the last few years of his life and made sure he was well looked after by their team of carers. knowing they were looking after him made my life a lot easier and less stressful especially knowing he was in such good hands. Jason & Keith run their business really well and efficiently always making sure their clients are well cared floor
