Terrible quality and customer service

The quality of the pumps that I received with my bottles is extremely poor. Within 1 week they started to rust. This was disappointing as I had been otherwise happy with the order, liked the bottles, and would not expect something like that to happen so soon.
I emailed and attached proof, hoping for a quick response and some resolution. I received nothing back.

I commented on one of their Instagram posts hoping to prompt a reply, to which they publicly responded insinuating I had made it up as no email from my name - put in quotation marks as though I may not be a genuine person - had been received. I was requested to privately message, which I did, and was asked to forward the email again as it had somehow been missed. It was also confirmed I had used the correct email address.
I forwarded the email again as they asked and waited. Still no reply at all.

This is extremely poor customer service and this product is not fit for purpose.

We’re really sorry to read this and for the experience you’ve described.

After investigating, we found that your original email had unfortunately filtered into our spam folder, which is why it wasn’t picked up initially. That’s not an excuse, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to not receive a reply, especially after following up more than once.

In response to your comment on Instagram, there was absolutely no intention to imply you weren’t genuine. We simply couldn’t locate an email under the name provided at that time. As soon as you messaged us privately and re-sent the email, we reviewed the issue and arranged a replacement.

Regarding the pump, the rust spotting shown in your photo is not the standard we expect. Our pumps are real metal and can oxidise if exposed to high-pH or alkaline soaps, but this should not happen so quickly. In this instance, the pump does appear to be faulty and a replacement has been issued.

We have also sent you an email directly today to confirm the resolution.

We genuinely care about both our products and our customer service, and we’re sorry this wasn’t your experience. If there’s anything further you’d like to discuss, please do reply to our email and we’ll ensure it’s handled promptly.

Fab customer Service

Hi I recieved my order today - I was missing 2 items so contacted customer support .
Within a matter of minutes a replacement order for the missing items was placed on my behalf.
Just staggered by the speedy and positive customer service .
Loved the items I did recieve and will be ordering again .

Disappointed

I ordered just over £100 worth of items from this website for my new kitchen, I have followed them on instagram for a while and couldn’t wait to receive my order. Everything arrived very quickly, but sadly an item was missing from a 3 piece set. I emailed them to explain the issue and they quickly tried to resolve it which was great! Weeks later, my replacement still hadn’t arrived. I have emailed, emailed and emailed again yet I’m no longer getting a response. I understand getting back to people can be difficult and time consuming however, my order was placed on the 12th of December, which is quite a while ago. The quality is fantastic but unfortunately I can’t say the same for their customer service.

Avoid

Wouldn’t buy from this company- read the fine print, bottles are sprayed amber which I did not realise, showing the poor quality after I readjusted my label and pulled off the spray. I then asked if the spray would come off whilst washing to which the response was “eventually after a while”. I was then given quite a sarcastic response, which after seeing the results below for the customer service experience, kind of explains what kind of company they are. Save your money.

When you reached out, we explained this immediately and offered a free return so you could send the bottles back for a full refund, which you accepted. We also confirmed that, like most sprayed finishes, the colour may gradually fade over time with repeated washing.

I’ve been ordering from Little Crafts London for a few years now, and they’ve never missed a beat. The quality of their amber jars and glassware is outstanding, thick, solid, and beautifully made. You can feel the craftsmanship in every piece.

What really sets them apart, though, is the personal touch. Megan, who I’ve dealt with directly, was absolutely lovely, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this human and heartfelt.

Packaging is always fast and secure, and even as they’ve grown, they’ve kept up the same high standards in both product and care. That’s why I keep coming back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I placed an order with them, order number 93108, but the shipping address came back incorrect, missing my flat number. I don’t understand how this happened since my billing address was correct, and they do ask if the billing address matches the shipping address.

As a result, I lost my item without knowing where it was delivered. I contacted their online chat since there was no phone number available. The person I spoke with was extremely rude. She dismissed my concerns and sent me a screenshot showing that my item was shipped to the wrong address, stating that my flat number was missing. This suggests that this issue happens frequently.

I tried to explain that I hadn’t made a mistake and that I was uncertain how this could occur, but the representative was very rude, and I couldn't believe it. I wish I could share a screenshot of her message. Her name was Emily. I asked her if she could contact Royal Mail, as they are responsible for locating the item, but she didn’t respond to that request. When I mentioned that I would file a complaint about her customer service, she suddenly said she would contact them to check on the situation.
I do not recommend this company. Please avoid ordering from them; their customer service is very poor. I lost my money, and I regret using my savings to place this order, only to end up with nothing and a rude experience. I feel defeated by how this company treats its customers, showing more interest in profit than in providing good service.

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed, but it’s important to clarify the facts for transparency.

Your order was shipped exactly to the address you entered at checkout. No flat number was provided in the shipping address this is not something we can add or correct manually. Like all e-commerce websites, the address submitted by the customer is automatically used for both payment verification and shipping. It’s also reflected in your order confirmation and even matches your submitted email address, which further confirms the details were entered by you, not by us.

We provide a 30-minute window after purchase for any edits or address changes to be made before dispatch. Unfortunately, by the time you reached out, your order had already been processed and dispatched to the address on file.

You mentioned, "This suggests that this issue happens frequently." That is incorrect. We do not experience this issue regularly we ship thousands of orders each month, and delivery problems are extremely rare when the correct information is submitted.

Regarding our customer support, we strongly disagree with your claim that our team was rude. Our team member simply explained what had happened and provided screenshots to show the address entered on your order. When you later requested that we contact Royal Mail, we did so, even though the responsibility for the address error lies with the customer.

We understand it's frustrating to lose a parcel, but it’s unfair to hold a business accountable for incorrect information that was provided during checkout. We always try to help where we can, but we also need to protect our small business from unwarranted blame.

WRONG LABEL ON DISPENSERS SENT TO US AT…

WRONG LABEL ON DISPENSERS SENT TO US AT THEIR ERROR THEN THEY WOULD NOT OFFER A PART REFUND FOR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.

I contacted the service team to explain the wrong order had been delivered. The issue we explained is that we bought these for an upcoming occasion so did not have time to wait for these to be returned and the correct ones then sent to us.

They offered for us to return these or they could send out new black labels, however, we explained we would struggle to sort out replacing the labels on the dispensers to ensure the new ones are affixed correctly. This would then be down to us as customers to try and not mess it up changing them.

The error is on the company which now causes us inconvenience either way. Our order was correct but they were unable to follow simple instructions.

To try and resolve this matter, I did mention that if they could make a reasonable offer for a part refund to acknowledge the error leading to the incorrect item being sent and inconvenience this caused us, then we woule be happy. They refused.

SUMMARY = THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FIRST. PROFITS FIRST. THEY HAVE LOST A FUTURE SALE AS I WAS GOING TO BUY SOME MORE ITEMA FROM THEM. NO LONGER THE CASE.

We’re sorry to see this review especially after we offered two clear resolutions to resolve a minor labelling error:

We offered to send the correct labels to you free of charge so you'd have them in time for your event.

We also provided a completely free tracked returns label for a full refund, should you prefer that instead.

You declined both options and instead requested a partial refund while keeping the product a request we explained we couldn’t fulfil, as our policies (like most retailers) require a return for any refund. This ensures fairness to all customers.

Despite this, we remained polite, professional and responsive throughout. What followed were repeated threats to leave a 1-star review if we did not issue a partial refund, which we do not believe is a fair or ethical approach.

We’re a small business that stands behind our products and service but we also stand by our values. We correct mistakes when they happen, and we treat all customers equally. What we won’t do is offer compensation on demand when the goods are neither returned nor faulty.

The items were packaged extremely carefully with loads of material to ensure they wouldn't break in transit. When the items arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the quality! For the price you are paying the items are amazing. I'm really looking forward to putting these into my new home!

It’s absolutely gorgeous

It’s absolutely gorgeous, i love it. It elevates the beauty in my kitchen. I’m giving it 3 stars only because one of the bottles pump has gone so hard and it’s abit disappointing that it’s not been too long since I bought it and it’s already hard to press and the soap goes everywhere when you push it hard.
