Misplaced a part (our own fault) and Phil the owner organised to resolve this issue and came in his own time to deliver a new part and fitted it for us which we are so grateful for! Couldn’t recommend enough, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us

I bought the Traditional Sleigh Wardrobe through John Lewis. Had a customer service issue that was resolved above and beyond. Cannot rate the Customer Service highly enough.

Also the wardrobe is solid, nice design, good quality.

Bought a 3 piece baby set from Little Acorns and we are so happy with it. I can’t believe the quality and how sturdy the furniture is. We purchased the larger furniture so it can grow with baby and we have so much room for everything. Also thank you to Phil, who went above and beyond to make sure we had our furniture and were happy with everything. A lovely guy who is very passionate about what he does. Thank you ☺️

Ordered a 3 piece furniture set - cot, wardrobe and set of drawers with baby changer. Looks really nice, sturdy and delivery was quick.

I couldn’t be happier with the cot I purchased from littleacronsnursery! The quality is absolutely excellent — it feels sturdy, safe, and really well-made. It was also surprisingly easy to assemble, with clear instructions that made the whole process stress-free.

What I love most is how comfortable and cozy it is. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into the design, making it perfect for a good night’s sleep. It also looks beautiful.

Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and high-quality cot. Definitely a 5-star product!

We bought a 3 piece furniture set (wardrobe, changing table/drawers and cot) from Little Acorns from the Baby and Toddler show. They provided a beautiful, well-made, sturdy collection of furniture for our nursery.

Unfortunately, the delivery company delivered us a wardrobe which had been damaged in transportation. We contacted Little Acorns and they sent us out a replacement immediately.

Following this, the same delivery company then lost our order. Communicating again with Little Acorns, they were willing to send us out the replacement parts for a second time.

I asked if a different delivery company could deliver our furniture as I was unhappy with the original delivery company, and they agreed without hesitation.

Overall, they are a wonderful company who provide incredible furniture and I would purchase through them again.

Purchased a baby room set (wardrobe, changing table with drawers, and cot bed) for my first born about 4 years ago now. During the change from cot to toddler bed, some of the barrel nuts and bolts went missing. Baby number 2 due in a few weeks and I called the factory for help. Phil was incredibly helpful and they have sent out replacement parts to make sure I can continue using the furniture which 4 years on still looks as good as new! Great customer service (would recommend contacting directly if any issues, rather than an intermediary seller/shipping co!). Thanks again Phil and Alex!

Avoid Little Acorns at all costs.

3 months on from placing an order at a baby show we are still yet to have any decent communication with Little Acorns customer service about the incorrect items delivered.

They delivered an extra piece of furniture we didn’t order, and failed to deliver the mattress for the cot that we did order. They’re now trying to claim we “should have the mattress by now” despite no delivery information being organised with us.

Also, it seems to take their team 3 weeks to reply to an email, and when they do it’s wildly unprofessional with no signature or company details at the end.

I ordered furniture from Little Acorns back in April, at the Baby and Toddler Show. At the time, I was twelve weeks away from my due date. I was told that they would be in touch to arrange delivery of the furniture closer to my due date. A few weeks ago, we were told that the baby's due date would most likely be earlier than anticipated. I tried to find contact details for Little Acorns online to arrange delivery, but it was virtually impossible. I contacted the organisers of the Baby and Toddler Show, Baby Planet, who were very responsive and contacted Little Acorns on my behalf. I was told that I should hear from Little Acorns or their delivery company soon. I heard nothing. I emailed Baby Planet again, and was told that I should hear from Little Acorns soon to arrange delivery. I still have not. It has been almost one month since I enquired about delivery of our nursery furniture and I have not heard a single thing from Little Acorns. I am eight months pregnant and the situation is now causing me a lot of unnecessary stress. Their lack of communication has been incredibly unprofessional and in my opinion, reflects their lack of customer service. I have seen on other websites (Dunelm etc.) that you can order Little Acorns furniture to be delivered within a week or less. Why is contacting the company directly such a difficulty? Really unhappy.
