Never again

The foam doesn’t fit the cover , all of it is far too big including the ball pit - small soft play and ball pit ordered. 3 hours down only 2 items able to put the covers on and ball pit will not fit. Absolute shambles for £206, wish I didn’t bother. Material already ripping on the smaller items, refund and return needed asap.

I ordered several items

I ordered several items, including a cot and mattress, on 23rd June. The automated response email said I would receive a further message to arrange delivery within 14 days. I hadn't heard anything and none of my items had been delieved within the 14 days. I tried to use the chat function to speak to someone, but there was nobody available. So, I sent a message on 7th July. The automated message said I would receive a reply within 1 working day. I've not heard anything back.

Terrible company and customer service!!

Storage Unit have strong chemical odour

After assembling this storage unit, I noticed a very strong chemical odour. I personally experienced headaches and chest tightness while in the room. Was report to their customer service.

Terrible

After searching around shops we decided on the Cuddleco Remi. Purchased it direct from cuddleco, got a delievery slot and waited for its arrival. On the day it was due to arrive i checked the tracking to see a message on the couiers website to say cancelled. Contacted cuddleco who confimed it was out of stock and would not be delivered. This is a poor way to treat customers, why did cuddleco not contact me if they knew the item was out of stock, instead they kept my money and waited for me. Really dissapointed as this is the set I have had in mind when decorating the nursery.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after choosing the Remi set and decorating to accommodate this. Unfortunately, the stock on our system was incorrect and was only discovered when we went to pick your item, we are very sorry about this and are aware it happened to a handful of other customers.

With regards to the delivery to try and speed up the process delivery details are shared with our courier early in the fulfilment process and a delivery slot had already been generated before we realised there was a stock issue.

We also appreciate your frustration at not being informed sooner and sincerely apologise if you did not receive notification of the cancellation. We should have at least informed you via email in these circumstances, and we will review this internally to understand what happened.

Ordered a mattress and mattress…

Ordered a mattress and mattress protector, mattress arrived but not with mattress protector. Emailed customer service and have never heard back. Have raised a dispute with bank to get a refund.

In response to cuddleco’s message below: I have already tried to contact you with no response, how about instead of replying to feedback on Trustpilot you start replying to customer service emails.

If i could give them 0 stars I would! Ordered some furniture which was meant to arrive today but had heard nothing from delivery company so looked and said been cancelled by supplier (cuddleco). Have had nothing from them so sent an email which they relied saying order has been cancelled.
So your telling me I have to get in contact with you to find out something I have paid for waiting on delivery had been cancelled! Absolutely shocking service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this is, particularly when you were expecting delivery and only became aware of the cancellation after contacting us.

I can't be 100% sure but it appears that the item you ordered was incorrect on our inventory so wasn't available when our warehouse came to pick the item. To help speed up the delivery process we ask our courier to contact customers and arrange a delivery date once the order is received, so a delivery had already been generated before we were aware of the issue. Again we apologise and will be reviewing our processes internally.

We sincerely apologise for fact that you only found out about the cancellation by contacting us yourself. We should have sent an email at the very least in these circumstances, and we will review this internally to understand what happened and why this wasn't received.

The first time I have used this company and would happily recommend them.
The parcel was lost by the delivery company and CuddleCo immediately replaced it and sent it to the recipient with no issues at all.

Bought some play room items as…

Bought some play room items as recommended and seen in a friends house. They look really gorgeous, are really good quality, the tent is larger than expected, really good value. Packaged well, arrived quickly. 😃

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, you say to everyone on trust pilot oh just email us. You do not respond to emails, there is no live chat or phone line.

We received 1 right part of a bed and 1 wrong part. To get the wrong part collected my husband went to the courier himself as you would not reply. Then you sent out dhl when you already had the wrong part back. We have had 4 “delivery bookings” for the right part which was ordered on April 17th and still nothing, they get cancelled the morning of delivery after me re planning my week to be home. Utterly embarassing and you have given little compensation for any of this or responded. We are looking to withhold our payment with the bank if you do not sort this out. Good luck if ordering with them, lucky I ordered in advance of baby arriving by a good 3/4 months, let’s hope the bed arrives some point this year at this rate

Order never arrived

Order never arrived. Seems like a larger issue when looking at other reviews, I regret not looking at these first. They need to change the couriers that they work with by the sounds of things. I ordered a mattress on the 17th of May and still no sign of it by DHL. Asked 2 or 3 times for a return and they don’t reply to those emails? told them many times that I’m fed up and need my money back and they just ignore this part every time. Will not be ordering again

Beautiful Products

I recently bought a pavilion tent and a soft play set for my little girls birthday. They are really easy to set up and excellent quality. The colours and materials are really beautiful. My little girl loves them!! No issues with delivery, actually the parcels came earlier than originally advised.

Still Waiting.......

Firstly you will not be able to get a hold of anyone on the phone from cuddle co, the live chat they offer no one will ever be online, its just a front for you to email them, the email SLA of 1-2 days will never get meet and it really depends on who you get to resolve anything or even reply.
Originally ordered on the 17th April and am still without one part of my order to complete my cot being built(box 2 of 2 Luna in CashMere/Ash) it is now the 28th May, had incorrect items delivered on first attempt and I was meant to get box 2 of 2 delivered last week and the collection of the wrong order which we received, got automated message from courier company to say they had not received item from cuddle co so delivery was cancelled, i called the courier company regarding collection and they did come around to collect wrong item that was delivered on my first attempt, on contacting cuddle co AGAIN they then arranged a collection for some reason through DHL but was nothing to collect, i hope slating them on here will get some actual response, fed up emailing. Next course of action for me is to dispute the payment via my bank as i am still without my item.

Had a very odd customer service…

Had a very odd customer service experience via email when wanting to know more about a product. It seemed like I wasn't interacting with a real person? Clara would respond a few minutes after I sent my inquiry (including late in the evening) with a lengthy response, not answering my questions at all and providing a bunch of unrelated, generic information available on the website... Could I please speak to a real person?

Doona website order served by cuddle co, a bump but wholly resolved by Cuddle Co

Ordered from the Doona website which Cuddle Co own and host, I did not know that at the point of ordering. Paid for next day delivery to give a day extra contingency pre holiday and planning to take the item. Order placed via the shop app as directed by their website.
By the next day it said they were still preparing and I should have been expecting delivery. Doona website states to contact cuddle co customer services but they were initially clueless, kept asking for an order number that didn’t fit what I had. Didn’t seem to know that they own the Doona website. Anyhow may be there was a discussion behind the scenes but the customer advisor seemed to understand now. Had me send an email to another CuddleCo email address which she then ultimately responded to anyhow (unnecessary they could have forwarded to correct email for their own internal admin purposes).
End result is I dealt with Clara in customer services, she was unfailingly polite and patient through all of our interaction. She reassured me throughout the process they would try and do everything they could and you know what they did, she got that trike shipped same day and we received it for the holiday and wow it was a hit! I want to say a massive thank you to Clara especially. I noticed the next day delivery fee was refunded too, the right thing to do but many companies would make it difficult to do.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, ordered the Clara luxe set almost two weeks ago for them to contact and say the drawers are out of stock until August! When the order was purchased the full set was in stock. Two weeks later I still haven’t heard anything from them not even a confirmation email or anything! As the cot is getting delivered and having to wait upon the drawers. Would not recommend so far at all!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I placed my order and contacted the delivery team the following day to ensure the item was in stock (they assured me it was) and arranged my delivery slot. On delivery date I received a notice to say the item was not in stock and would not be available until August. I was issued a refund (without my approval/request as what I actually wanted was to change the colour of my order which apparently was in stock) and I subsequently contacted customer service about this via email and never received a response. Would never order from here again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. The team were incredibly helpful and my son is going to be over the moon at having his trike back! Also very reasonably priced repair service and so easy to organise!

Don’t believe their delivery dates

Ordered baby nursery furniture with a two week delivery date promised. We booked the delivery slot end of April to then receive a text message to say there wasn’t going to be any stock until end of August when we would then be prioritised for delivery! Would not recommend
