When it comes to my money and clothing I really don’t mess about. Sent a email regarding an item received yesterday, no response. Purchased a few of your items via asos, liked very much.This item was sold out on asos so I purchased direct from you, ignored some of the negative reviews. And I even have another item of yours on its way from asos. Now I would like you to address my concerns as really don’t want to be spending too much time contacting. Sent you enough info and pictures to warrant a response. No one would expect to purchase a denim jacket pop it into the washing machine within a hour of receiving. Right temperature, colour care detergent, 15min wash and the item comes out with extensive colour loss and white lines across the back and sleeves, due to dye loss. And considering the price no, you’re not bargain basement. Look forward to receiving a response.

Recently I have come across Liquor N Poker. At first I was sceptic, but when I saw their products, I got very excited. Their style is truly UNIQUE!
I have been through a lot of clothing websites and I can tell you that this company is a winner! My new outfit attracts attention, so if you want to stand out in the crowd, go for Liquor N Poker!

I asked for a refund on a birthday gift that never turned up. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply. I won't be buying from them again.

Liquor & Poker confirmed over a month ago that they received my return, yet I have still not been refunded. This is unacceptable and borders on theft.

I’ve spent weeks going back and forth between Liquor & Poker and Debenhams with no resolution, and I’m still being charged via Klarna. The customer service has been unhelpful, slow, and dismissive throughout the entire process.

Please think twice before ordering from this retailer. If anything goes wrong, you’re likely to be left out of pocket and chasing a refund they’ve already admitted they owe you

I ordered an item which unfortunately I couldn’t receive because the courier did not find me at home. The item was returned back to LnP. I had my money fully refunded and I’ve made the order again.

I've ordered a few times from L&P,good quality Garms and brilliant service,Tshirts especially are of a high quality !! Promp delivery, cannot recommend this brand highly enough.

Received a complete different item and there is no way I can contact them for support. I feel scammed

Ordered 3 t-shirts on a 3for2 deal. Took 3/4 days to come and shipping was free. Quality of the items is soooo good, and the fits are spot on. What impressed me most though was that one of the t-shirts was not the correct colour (as ordered). I let them know and without hesitation they sent out the correct t-shirt and told me I could keep the one they'd sent in error - did not expect that! Excellent customer service which, all too often, you do not get from the huge companies. I was about to make another order anyway but with going that extra mile, I may well pop another couple of items in my basket! Thanks guys, James.

Ordering was super simple and enough payment options. Shipping was also ok, only had to pay extra tax, but that was expected.
Shipping was normal, no delays.
Arrived in very good condition.
The items didn't fit me, so had to return them, but also went very smoothly. There was a small return processing error, so I got my refund with a delay, but that happens sometimes, no problem, after contact with their customer service, it was solved in a heartbeat, so in all, super company!

I have made my first order and they couldnt send me the size i ordered. they said that the item would come up large and conviced me to try this.

The first package I received was the wrong order entirely - I was sent somebody else's order. I had to arrange the return of that order, at which point they sent out my original order. When I received it, only 1 of the 2 items I ordered was in the package, which I had not been properly notified of. It wasn't until I got in touch with them myself again, that they informed me that the missing item was out of stock, and they refunded me and give me a discount code.

The item itself (a pair of jeans) is pretty good quality. But two mistakes on my order back-to-back, without being informed of either, is not good.

Would give a 5 but I’m waiting to receive my order first.. the website has some really stylish and unique pieces on there, I’ve ordered the denim trench coat and I can now wait to see how it looks! I’m hoping with it being oversized the size is still good I’m usually a 10 & had to opt for this as no 8s was available I’ll keep u updated

Quality of item was great, however there is no way to return an item that is too small and the contact is email address is unhelpful.. I am soon going to be past the date I can return and have an item that is too small. Very frustrating especially as it was a Christmas gift I need the money back for in order to replace the gift!! I ordered on Debenhams who state to contact the company direct whereas the company says to contact Debenhams.. very frustrating!!

Good quality and clothing fits perfectly , people are very friendly , great customer service , and as a whole very professional. Great Clothing 10/10 👍

I love this brand, the fits and styles are always on point. I've ordered from them a few times and always been happy with the quality. Customer service has been brilliant on the odd occasion I've had to use them too.
