Avoid. Shop elsewhere. They're not high street ready!
Purchased a pair of jeans for my teen daughter. In the excitement, the labels were removed. Daughter realised they were slightly too tight and needed a larger slze. The exchange/refund process is not easy. Subsequently 'declined' as the labels were missing and I didnt have the original bag. In addition, accused me of washing the jeans as there was an 'odour'. Can not believe the cheek of such an accusation. As a small business, they should do much better. Ill be sticking to larger and more established brands going forward.

Really good quality clothes and variety with simple items and more unusual stuff. I've bought a few pieces from them now and have been happy with them all. Also very reasonably priced, especially their sale items.
