Linley and Simpson are keen to help. Wait times with fixtures can be long, but are usually very effective. Daniel Darbyshire was quick and effective at fixing problem in hand, 3 weeks after initial quote given. Staff are friendly and Linley and Simpson always communicate effectively to check on progress.

Grace's immediate action whenever there's a problem, is to be commanded. She's very detailed when she's relaying to us her communications with tenants and the contractor, which made it so easy when making decisions.
She's very professional and we're very happy that she's managing our unit!

I highly recommend Charlotte Ferguson in Property Maintenance, Ripon Branch. She has recently dealt with a maintenance problem for my tenants which she has handled with professionalism and care. She always replies to emails within the day (something increasingly rare these days) and is always able to come up with a suitable alternative or a solution. Thank you Charlotte.

Following my tenants vacating a flat in Sheffield then a “claim” was lodged in connection with them not complying with the agreed terms and conditions set out in the tenancy agreement. This process was not concluded due to a change in personnel at the agency.
However, Tamsyn Leopold proactively took it on herself to thoroughly review the case details and as a result of her input has been instrumental in progressing this claim resulting in a positive and successful conclusion.
