I had the pleasure of using this website the other day & I couldn't see if the item that I needed was in stock & what would be the delivery time. So I used the chat service & spoke to a wonderful customer service assistant called Alelei who was very knowledgeable & gave me the information I required. I placed my order & Alelei kept me informed of the status of my order.
It was a pleasure to deal with this company & their customer service assistant.

We are very pleased with the way the mirror looks in the bathroom and its functionality. It was extremely well packed for delivery and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that it would have been easier to fit flush had there been a slight recess in the back.
We did have an issue with the actual delivery company who did not deliver to us on the day arranged, however Alelei intervened and the mirror arrived the following day. She did an excellent job of communicating with the delivery company and kept us updated throughout the whole process. She made us feel confident that everything was under control, that we were valued customers and that she cared. We did not have to get involved. Awesome.
I have already recommended Light Mirrors to family members.

This company provides an excellent service. The mirrors they sell are cheaper than anywhere else which is the reason we chose them. The two mirrors we bought are fabulous. The delivery was extremely prompt and the before and after sales service from Joby was second to none. I fully recommend this company to anyone.

A great selection of light mirrors at good prices, easy ordering process and on-time next-day delivery. I needed to change the delivery address and Alelei sorted it out for me and kept in touch to ensure the mirror arrived on time at the correct address. Excellent customer service.

When I placed my order for a bathroom mirror, the website indicated Next Day Delivery. However, once I placed the order I was given a delivery date of over a week away and I had an electrician due before the revised delivery date. I was going to cancel my order, but I got in touch with the Customer Support Team instead. And I'm so glad I did, as Joby personally and actively took control of my order, providing me with regular updates and I'm so grateful, as the mirror was delivered in time for the electrician. Thank you so much Joby - you went above and beyond and turned my first experience of dealing with Light Mirrors into a great one

Prompt original delivery of our mirror, however it was delivered damaged. Excellent customer service from Joby Aguilera to arrange delivery of a replacement within a quick time period.

Alelei is very helpful for my queries on the delivery and did prompt follow up.

Joby was fast to respond and efficiently managed the process from ordering to delivery.

Joby helped make sure my two mirrors arrived after there was a delay with delivery. She emailed very regularly and tracked them herself even calling me to make sure everything had arrived ok. The mirrors were very well packaged so no issues. Would buy again. Thank you Joby!

I would like to thank Alelei Umali in Customer Support for the excellent assistance given during my online purchase of a Halo Tall LED Light Bathroom Mirror (Shaver). I had many questions with regards to the specification of the mirror and Alelei was patient, polite and extremely helpful. When the mirror didn't arrive on the expected date, Alelei came to my assistance and liaised with the delivery company to ensure my mirror was expedited quickly after an unfortunate delay by the delivery company. I have great admiration for the Alelei's knowledge of the product and the lengths undertaken to assist me. The mirror is lovely.

Fab pre sale customer service from Alelei Umali and the mirror itself looks fab. Arrived without any damage and looks great.

I've purchased four or five mirrors / mirrored cabinets in the last six months for my customers. All the products have been superb value for money since the quality is easily comparable with similar products from other brands which cost double even triple these.
Further, I had a little issue with the latest product entirely of my own making and it was sorted by JOBY AGUILERA with very little fuss and very much knowledge in a couple of days.

Delivered promptly, great communication and after sales service from Joby who was really keen to help and check we were happy with everything and kept us informed of delivery schedule.

I am really pleased with the mirror cabinet I bought from lightmirrors.co.uk. I had a few questions during the purchase process and Alelei from Customer services responded promptly to my enquiries.

The cabinet is really good quality - a bit more expensive than some cheaper alternatives available on Amazon but you can really tell it's well made and it complies with UK electrical regulations. This company seems to trade through various different brand/company names but lightmirrors had the lowest prices.

The packaging was also pretty impressive - there's probably no risk of these things getting broken in transit which saves lots of messing around.

Overall I'm really impressed and will recommend them to others.
