Purchased a mirror 26/03/26 advertised as in stock and with a delivery date of 31/03/26. No sign of the mirror, there have been 3 new delivery dates and even a dud tracking link provided. As of 17/03/26 I've been informed that the mirror is still on the production line, so delivery will of course be delayed, again. Numerous lame excuses for the delays and empty promises for a quick resolution, but nothing materialises, starting to fear this is a scammer with fake positive reviews. My requests to cancel the order with a full refund have so far been totally ignored.
Reading other reviews here it seems there are a few other customers experiencing the same plight, so not a one off as they are trying to have me believe - strongly advise shopping elswhere

My mirror is over a month late from advertised delivery date.
More unrealistic delivery dates have come and gone, with no mirror in sight. Updates are only offered when compliant raised.
My request for compensation has been met with a measly 5% but only when the mirror arrives. At this point I am beginning to worry I’ve been scammed.
Pay the extra for a more reputable company.

I ordered two bespoke mirrors, at every stage of the process, I was given the help & support needed. Absolutely delighted with the mirrors, they look amazing. But, equally importantly is the first class customer support received from Joby. I was kept informed of the delivery date, which was on time. Joby is very personable, extremely helpful and polite in my dealings with. Nothing has been too much trouble. Joby is an asset to the company.

There was a delay in my order which wasn't a problem for me as the project bathroom is happening in a few weeks time, but I've been updated regularly by Joby where it's at and the eta. I even had an email after it was delivered to check if everything was okay. Very happy with both - the great mirror and Joby's personal approach to the service. Thank you!

There was an initial delay on my order despite the website saying that my chosen item could be delivered quickly.
I then got a second email informing me of a further delay.
I wrote an email expressing my disappointment which was promptly picked up and dealt with by Joby Aguilera. He sourced my chosen item, communicated brilliantly, kept an eye on the shipping, and followed up. I can’t fault his level of customer service, communication and commitment.

Great product at a very good price. Joby at Light Mirrors was very helpful immediately warning of a slight delay and then checking all was OK.

Really good selection of mirror cabinets at a sensible price, and the team kept us well informed on delivery timing.

Very happy with the mirror - it looks great in my small bathroom and has all the functionality you need: hands-free switching on the LEDs, demister and shaver socket.

There was a slight problem with the delivery as the driver couldn't find my address. I reported this to Customer Support at LightMirrors, and their agent, Joby, jumped in and sorted it out straight away, all the while keeping me informed by email. Delivery arrived safely the next day. Exemplary service - thanks Joby!

Avoid. The item was advertised as in stock. Then the first email arrived to say it would be delayed with a promised delivery date if March 10th. That made me wish I had taken notice of the bad reviews. On March 10th a second email arrived to say that it was now delayed until the end of March - which is way after my bathroom fitter have left. Really wish I had gone elsewhere. Now the battle to get the order cancelled so I can get a mirror from a reputable store.

I purchased two bathroom mirrors from Illuminated Mirrors. Although the dispatch was slightly delayed, I was kept informed about this throughout the process. I dealt with Joby, who did a great job monitoring the delivery with the courier and ensuring everything went smoothly.

The mirrors arrived a little later than expected, but they look fantastic and I’m really pleased with them. Overall, great customer service and a product that looks great in the bathroom.

The mirror is beautiful. The customer service From Joby was five star - only gave four on account of the mirror being late. Joby kept me updated and checked in throughout. Their communications were detailed and friendly and gave me the impression my order was important to them

After being told there was a weeks delay we said that concerned us, so Joby took that on board and sourced the mirror we wanted and got it despatched the next day on express delivery.
We received it the following day well packed and in excellet condition.
Joby kept us informed all the time and we certainly appreciated his attention and quick service.

I ordered 2 mirrors and a bathroom cabinet very impressed with quality they all look very impressive.

It took some time to get the mirrors due to a manufacturing problem but eventually we received them and they look fantastic.
However I would like to say that the customer service given by JOBY was second to none and that is the reason I gave it 5stars.
