Mirror has been in use for 6 years since 2020. Sensor failed at that point and they sent me a replacement one with the 10 year warranty on the original purchase. Great comms and service. Recommended.

Light Mirrors went above and beyond to help with a mirror cabinet that had one of the mirror doors broken. They quickly sent a replacement and kept me in the loop of communication, so I was aware what was happening as I was travelling away during this period. In short, the replacement mirror door came, and it has been fixed onto the unit. Great quality unit, looks great and is easy to operate the lights with just a wave of your hand.

This is the second mirror we have purchased from Illuminated Mirrors and we can't fault the service. Delivery was delayed a little but Joby made sure he kept us informed every step of the way as he knew it was very important to us it arrived on time.

Great customer service. The company told me the delivery would be delayed from expected date due to a busy period, but the Customer Service person (Alelei) was really helpful in trying to get it speeded up and kept me updated throughout. Responsive, proactive and good communication: very refreshing!

High quality product and great value for money, but what really stood out was truly exceptional support from Joby, who not only helped with a couple of questions I had promptly, efficiently and in a friendly yet professional manner, but went above and beyond by then proactively checking if everything went ok and I was happy post-installation. It’s very rare to experience this level of customer service these days. Highly recommended.

Looked at different suppliers and chose to go with Light Mirrors. Initially a little disappointed when I had to chase delivery to be told no stock.
After further emails, Joby Aguilera from customer services took control of the situation and sorted the issue and mirror was delivered.

There was a slight delay with our order but it was over Christmas so not really a problem. Joby kept us up to date throughout the process and stayed close to the delivery updates. Mirror arrived and looks great

When a production delay meant that our mirror might not arrive in time for our bathroom installation, Joby was fantastic and sorted out the problem with no fuss, keeping us informed at all times. We are delighted with our mirror, which looks great in our new bathroom.

When I received my mirrors, I was emailed by Joby to check that all was well, and I was delighted with the personal service of care and concern to make sure that, once installed, the mirrors worked as they should. Thoroughly recommend the company and especially Joby's customer concerns.

Massive shout out to Joby for saving our bathroom renovation.
We received an email to say our delivery would be delayed by over a week due staff shortages…. Meaning the mirror would not arrive until after our builder had left the project.
I emailed the company and Joby got on the case and had the mirror with me within 3 days.

What an absolute scam of a company with endless excuses! Paid for a mirror on 28th Nov was given a dispatch date of 2nd Dec and on the dispatch date was moved back a week to 9th Dec. First excuse was we are having staffing issues, a week later no dispatch yet still showing stock on the website! Chased then several times still no delivery date this time the excuse was "the couirers have temporary stopped delivering in your postcode"! I live in Sheffield not Iraq! So i cancelled the order on the 9th Dec now on the 16th and still no refund so i've had to pass this on to my credit card company! They are blatant liers and also trade under other mirror companies so avoid them all!!!!!

Mirror delivery was delayed but after contacting Joby, who was extremely helpful, It was soon back on track and mirror arrived a few days later is now up and working brilliantly.
