I have recently been reviewing my water contract with your consultant Garry. He sent me a quotation. After further discussions I agreed to proceed. Garry then sent the contract for signature, which was nothing like the quotation he had sent. The quotation only included wholesale charges and not retail fees, despite my being assured on the telephone that there were no further charges. The quotation showed annual savings of £190 and the contract showed savings of 43p! The quotation stated that if I agree a fixed term contract I will be safe from all price increases. The contract indicated that wholesale prices (90% of the total) were subject to annual increases. I am so grateful that I insisted on seeing the contract in writing before signing up to anything so I could identify these issues - Garry had wanted me to enter a verbal contract over the telephone and I would advise others not to do this for a contract with a new supplier.

We really closed a great contract and we are really thankful to Divya for her efforts in getting us into a great contract.
