Excellent service from Barry who made sure it was the right contract for me

Overall the service was good. Initially however, it was very confusing as to what the calls were about and it took asking a lot of questions to ascertain who was calling and why. However, the deal was good and the deal was done. Thank you.

Priya was exceptionally good and helpful in arranging rood rates for our Electricity supply. Hats off to her as many others tried and couldn't achieve what she achieved

Frank was amazing. Sometimes a lot of details are given and due to the changing prices you have to make decisions quickly but it is clear once you have everything explained to you.

I had this chap called Kevin chasing me for my business for electricity he managed to sell me a contract for more than my renewal.He gave me renewal rates but didn’t mention that the supplier applies a feed in tariff only realised when I got contract from SSE.
I called him and emailed him several times but he failed to get back to me.
IT SEEMS THESE BROKERS ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN YOU SIGNING THE CONTRACT AND THEM COLLECTING THERE £570.80 commission.

Emma was vert pro active and therefore qon me over with a good competitive quote

I received a call from Melwin Jackson regarding business Electricity. Melwin was courteous at all times and was not pushy in any way.
I received prices over the phone and received an email within a few hours detailing the price. Melwin was able to negotiate a reduced rate for one of the suppliers and this discount was passed on to our business.
Easy sign up and good service so far.

The experience I had today was amazing. Their communication with me was very detailed and well explained. I would like to give credit to David and Kevin for helping me inform me about electricity deals in my area.

Barry, very pleasant but very bully boy tactics,
Kept bothering me out of hours on my mobile,
Ringing the work shop easily half a dozen times a day.
I didn’t speak to him as being so busy.
I did agreed to the contract eventually but maybe bullied into it perhaps!

I would just like to say a big 'THANK YOU' very much Priya you have been most helpful in sorting a deal for me.
There was problem with the new provider and once I contacted you the issue was resolved. I will not hesitate in coming back to you when my deal ends.

I had the pleasure of working with Priya Desai who helped us set up the best rates for our electric and gas. She was patient and supported the needs of the business.

Apologies to Lightinglives in advance if I have been the victim of some scam calls, however if Jack from Lightinglives is who he claims to be then I would avoid these people simply on the basis of been over pushy and aggressive.
Previous emails from Jack has indicated that they would provide us with prices re an upcoming gas contract expiring. I would have perhaps been happy to pursue this except the calls were relentless and after blocking the number, calls then became "private" or "anonymous" so when I had the last phone call with Jack it came to the point when I had to put the phone down.
Edit - as I write this I have had another email from Jack quoting me the latest prices. As it happens, the prices are considerably more than other quotes I have had so it seems Jack that you have been wasting your time as well as mine.
As you said when we last spoke - I hope you have enjoyed reading this review.
