Have to say, I never leave reviews but have to highlight and recommend this company. My lights turned up well packaged, on time and I installed the lights around my garden in 20 minutes. Very easy set up and I am very happy with the final result. Thank you very much lighting legends you are!

They don't accept PayPal because they sell junk
They don't accept PayPal - that's all you need to know.
They don't accept PayPal because PayPal gives you a solid layer of consumer protection which they don't want you to have because they sell utter JUNK.
I was stupid enough to buy some "heavy duty" string lights from them. First time I plugged them in, they worked after some adjustments.
But when we actually wanted to use them they tripped every single electric circuit we tried.
I returned them - at my own expense due to their awful returns policy, they said they would have them inspected by an electrician. They didn't do that, of course. Instead they said they plugged in the lights and they work and so they would send them back to me.
What an absolute joke! I will be seeking legal counsel as they claim their goods are covered by a 12-month warranty as well.

Hi Winnie. We are surprised and disappointed to receive this 1 star review from you. We have dealt with this issue with respect and full communication the whole way through. We processed your return in good time and communicated with you throughout the process. We offer a great service to our customers to check and resolve any issues with our lights should they arise.
We advised you on proper installation of the lights and asked you to return them for our team to check over when you could not get the lights to work properly. Our technicians checked and tested the lights and offered to send them back to you in full working order. We emailed you to say we would be sending the lights back to you in full working order, and you then left this review. We then established from you that you wanted a refund and did not want the lights back, so we subsequently refunded you in full.
We are always happy receive customer feedback on our processes. We have many satisfied customers as you can see from the other reviews on this site and our IP65 rated heavy duty lights are an excellent quality product. We do hope we have now resolved this fully to your satisfaction. Many thanks Clare @ Lighting Legends

Great product, excellent customer service
Great product. Bought one set which were really good. Ordered some more and there was an issue with the courier service. Customer services were excellent, kept me informed and send a replacement when it was obvious the courier had lost the original.

3 sets of heavy duty lights
You’ll find less expensive lights but if you want quality, you’re in the right place. I’ve installed 30 mtrs in my newly (ok, lockdown..) refurbished garden and they look fantastic. They extend the time we can enjoy our garden, and whilst the days are short, this is a real boost. Excellent all round.

Outdoor festoon lights

I was a little bit Wary at first but....
I was a little bit Wary at first about buying these lights only because I first saw the advert on social media, but after checking out website and reviews I ordered 2 sets of heavy duty garden lights. They arrived after couple of days and I put them up in the garden the very same day, even though winter is coming and the garden furniture is now covered.
All I can say is they look fab and are so much better than solar lights or cheap lights.

3 sets of heavy duty lights purchased
Bought 3 sets of lights and they look great now we have put them up, the light they give out is brilliant. Found the customer service to be excellent, came within a few days of ordering and well packaged. 1 set was missing the spare bulb but this was rectified after emailing them, prompt response and 2 spare bulbs were promised and received a few days later. Definately recommended.

What a great Company
What a great Company. Bought outdoor lights for our pergola and one of the bulbs didn’t work. After a few prompt emails back and forward to try and fix problem the Company sent out 5 spare bulbs! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for quality and service.

Lit Up The Garden
Bought two sets of heavy duty outside warm lights. Look absolutely brilliant. Cast a beautiful light over the garden and pond, bring the night garden to life! We could sit and look at it for hours! Thanks to Clare for her help with a minot glitch. Resolved within hours! Stunning!
