I purchased the BEAU adjustable table lamp in an antique brass finish. It arrived very well packed and in a timely fashion. The quality is excellent and I'm delighted with it.

We smashed a shade on our light fitting & thought we needed the complete unit, then ordered the wrong 1! On contacting The Lighting Company for advice they cancelled our original order & advised us we only needed to buy the shade & refunded the difference. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic company to deal with.

Worse telephone answering service. You get a msg saying that you are 1st in line. Wait for 20 mns and get the same msg... No one ever answers. A real put off to deal with this company.

Recently used The Lighting Company for some downlights in my fabulous extension: new kitchen/family space. Went for antique brass finish & very happy with the lights. Delivery was quick and excellent customer service/after service. Would recommend.

We purchased 4 lights and bulbs from The Lighting Company but had recurring problems with the bulbs. Each time I have contacted the customer care/service department, the faulty bulbs have been replaced quickly.
I have recently contacted TLC about one of the bulbs and Lynn, from the sales department responded promptly and her friendly, helpful service has been impressive. Replacement bulbs are being issued. I can only recommend this company in the highest terms for their after sales care and attention.

I was so thrilled with my first order i ordered again. Then the experience was/is bad. Never received my second table lamp. Emailed a number of times to ask where it was but never got a reply. Asked for my money back but again they never replied back. Im in the process of taking my complaint further. I would be careful ordering from this company as i have not received my lamp neither my refund and they dont seem to even care.

Excellent customer service, I ordered some lights one was not in stock they immediately notified me and gave me an alternative option, I decided to wait till the light i wanted was back in stock. When it arrived it had some damage, it was replaced 2 days later with the damage one collected at the same time. No arguing no hastle, quick communication. Very good customer service and would recommend the company to anyone.

Have bought 2 sets of lights from the Lighting Company and loved them both, service and quality great. Emailed them last week re replacing the glass shade on a fisherman’s pendant light. Received a response within an hour and Emma could not have been more helpful in helping me order a replacement. Cannot commend the service more highly.

The lamp arrived within a week. Extremely well packaged. The light is perfect. Recommended.

We originally ordered two lamps and were so impressed with them that we bought another two of the same style. Both deliveries were made within 48hrs. They were well packaged and were also relatively easy to assemble as an Allen key is supplied.
They look really good and brighten up our hallway nicely.
We didn’t receive a delivery email, but the courier sent us their delivery timescales.
All in all, we are very happy the service.

Received the light in good time. Though no email confirmations was received when delivered. Electrican claimed the push fix connection were nowhere near as tight as they should be and would not fit the light due to fire risk concerns. Asked the lighting company for a refund however they refused as the light fell out of their 14 day returns policy by 3 days. So, left with a light we can't use and out of pocket £60. Sent an email explaining the above and received an email back with the first sentence stating " well this all sounds very dramatic? I simply cant believe a statement like that". Very unprofessional response and seemed to take the return request personally. Would never use them ever again.

Ordered a traditional antique brass desk lamp which arrived well packaged. Excellent quality light that is stylish and practical. Thankyou Lighting Company.

I ordered and paid for some lights that the website stated were usually despatched within 7 days. I got an order confirmation straight away but then 6 days later had an email from polite customer services saying the lights were not available and would not be back in stock for more than 3 months! I cancelled my order and received confirmation that a refund would be made within 10-14 working days (there is no need for this to take so long!). I waited 14 working days and...no refund. So, I chased and a refund was made and an acknowledgement sent, but no apology for not doing so sooner.

Not a great experience and I won't be going back. My questions to the company - why show the item as available when it clearly wasn't? Why not tell me sooner? Why wait until I chased to refund me?

Bought two ceiling lights in 29th of September called they said it will be delivered next week, well its been two weeks nothing came they dont answer the phone

I was worried by recent reviews however my experience was very good! I ordered the spool floor lamp and it was delivered within a week, well packaged and in great condition. I wasn't able to get through on the phone lines as others have mentioned however Greg from the sales team was very responsive to my emails.

The last reviews concerned me but emails answered promptly and delivery within a week. All good.
