I wouldn’t recommend this company they have a very short returns period and the staff are rude. I am now stuck with a pair of curtains I don’t want. Looks like others have had a poor experience too.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Lights never turned up. no one answers the telephone. sent an email promised goods would be sent the following week - never were. Emailed and cancelled order, got confirmation back but into the second week now and no sight of refund. Do not use this company.

Light ordered 28th Jan 26 , one month later and still nothing. We have used many times in the past with no issues but this time not good, no response to emails and left a message on the phone and many attempts on the phone, hitting option 2 has become a joke
Order number is 83910 costing £188 so not exactly small change
Update required ASAP please
Another 5 days passed and not a single update this is criminal

Extremely bad customer service
Extremely bad customer service! Left many messages and e-mails to return an item and did not respond until I had left x5 messages and 3 e-mails!!!
To top it I have to pay to return the item too! Will not be using this company again. I should have realised as I had to chase as it took ages to arrive

Still no lights and can’t get through to customer services.
I ordered two lights over 5 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived.
I have tried calling every day for the past week. Unfortunately, I can’t get through to speak to anyone and have left numerous messages but have yet to receive a callback or email.
My electrician has now billed me for the work although he can’t complete the job as I still don’t have my lights.
No lights, deeply disappointed and out of pocket!!

Good quality, ok-ish service
Ordered a ceiling light 2 weeks before Christmas and heard nothing for 5 weeks. Finally got through to them via online form on their website. They replied instantly, apologised for delay and dispatched the light 2 days later. It arrived promptly and looks good. So on balance I would give them a benefit of doubt.

I ordered 3 wall lights on 18th January, no dispatch info was received, I tried contacting them via phone as they hadn't been dispatched, none of the options go anywhere and will prompt you to leave a message.
I emailed and finally got a reply from 'Lynne' 9 days after ordering that the lights would be received the next day. She also confirmed that the phone lines don't work, reviews going back over a year also confirm this issue so they are obviously choosing to have them set up this way.
The lights came, they weren't the ones pictured on the website, I emailed to point this out and request a refund.
Lynne replied to this advising they were aware the manufacturer has photoshopped out a large pull cord which came out of the bottom of the light fitting, but for whatever reason they had not chosen to take their own photos to show the actual light fitting. They offered a refund or small discount, I opted for a refund and requested to return the lights.
DPD was apparently organised, they didn't show up to collect the parcel after I waited in all day.
I emailed again and advised that they didn't come, it was then organised for 2 days later, this time I got DPD confirmation it was booked (so the first time obviously didn't get scheduled).
DPD collected on 4th February, delivered back to them on 5th February. Now 8 days on and no confirmation that any refund has been processed, no replies to emails requesting the refund be processed, no answer on the phone (loop system which only allows you to leave a VM)
I am in disbelief that a company can operate like this in 2026.
A chargeback has been initiated via my bank due to the lack of refund and the all round poor service.

2 New Light fittings…
Just purchased an 8 arm fitting and a 6 light bar type fitting, a small issue cropped up on the bar fitting, but the service and attention given to resolving the issue was just brilliant. Communications during the time to sort it out were spot on. I ended up being one very satisfied customer.

Have they gone into administration??
I ordered products on 26th November 2025, chased them a month later and was advised they will not arrive until end of January 2026. I requested to cancel the order and was advised I would get a refun in 5 working days.
No refund a month later, and I have been emailing and leaving messages. No response as yet.
I cannot recommend this company and would be wary to order.

Not sure if this business is still operating…
Placed an order on the 16th of December (Order Reference: 83295 (WEB83295).
I’ve heard nothing since our order confirmation on 16/12/25. we have sent multiple emails left voicemails and the telephone system only allows for voicemails. I’m not sure if this company is closed down doesn’t seem like it’s operating therefore I would suggest it would be safer to purchase products elsewhere.

Beware of this company
This has turned into a nightmare.
I placed an order having first enquired about delivery time as I needed the light by a certain day because I was going away. I made it very clear that I needed it by that date. Not only did they fail to deliver but now are refusing to refund my money in a safe way.
TLC insisted on my paying by BACS transfer when I wanted to pay by card. Agreeing to this was a big mistake. See below.
I did not hear anything so chased and was told that the light would be despatched the following week. I responded to repeat that it had to arrive by the following Wednesday, as I had already made clear.
By Tuesday I had heard nothing more so emailed cancelling the order as it was obviously not going to arrive the following day. However, they don’t read emails and on Wednesday I received an email saying the light had been despatched for delivery on the Thursday!
I rang and they were able to undespatch it but then the real nightmare began as they are insisting on my sending them my bank details which is not a safe practice. I have supplied secure links to my bank account and also told them I will accept a cheque but they just don’t seem to get it.
Very poor customer service, unsafe business practices, most unprofessional and an impasse which looks like it may end up in the small claims court.
A real waste of my time, not to mention my money.
