Web site choice was good and pricing …
Web site choice was good and pricing clear and competitive. A surprise phone call to confirm the order and check we understood the nature of the light fitting (for a ceiling fan not stand alone) was reassuring.
Slight mix up between suppliers and delivery meant they delivered to incorrect address and a missing part was frustrating. But this was followed up by a call from them and was sent immediately and the lights work well and look good. Despite the delivery and missing part, the courtesy and speed of addressing the issues was excellent so I would not hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Efficient
The quickest delivery ever! I ordered the item just before Christmas, did not expect to get it until after Christmas and it arrived on Christmas eve!
Also. The item looks just like on the photograph. I know it is a photograph, should look the same but how many times I received goods looking nothing like on the photo in the past...(from other companies).
It was good to receive what I believed I ordered and incredibly quickly too.

Highly recommend.

Service was slow
Service was slow, ordered product as it came with free bulbs but after a week for delivery the bulbs were not included notified next day and delivery took 4 more days to arrive

We welcome all our customer reviews good or bad, however having looked into your order I can now understand the delay. We do our upmost to keep a lot of the products we sell in stock and can safely say we are probably one of the very few retailers in the Country that carry high stock levels. Your order unfortunatley was not on the shelf in our warehouse and we had to order this from the manufacturer which took a few days to arrive, because we asked for a direct delivery to you. Also recent government legislation changes have come into place that manufacturers no longer supply Bulbs with all products and as a result of the service we provide our customers we send bulbs at our cost Free of charge.
We can only apologise in this instance for the slight delay you experienced and look forward to being of service to you in the future, if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Very happy with the light, and it arrived when promised, however there was a delay in the shipping from when I placed the order, so I had to chase it up.

Next day delivery superb prices!
Bought our original uplighter/ reading lamp from Housing Units in Oldham. It was £80 in the sale original price £140. We thought we'd got a bargain! After 2 years the uplighter lamp stopped working and was unrepairable. Looked on Housing units website and the same lamp was now over £200!!! Looked on line and found Lighting at Home and they had lamps that looked the same for £35!!!! YES, £35!! We ordered 2 of them and with delivery the bill was £75- still cheaper than the one we got in the sale from Housing Units! When they arrived we compared it with our broken lamp an they we EXACTLY the same.
I assume Housing Units buy theirs from Lighting at Home and put a 300% Mark up on the price!
Well done Lighting at Home, we will definitely be recommending you to all our friends. 5 stars is not enough!
