It was very challenging completing a re-mortgage under the lockdown scenario. However, prior to the lockdown Priya was right on top things at every stage, despite a number of issues, she responded promptly and kept her sense of humour which helped us as we were finding it quite stressful at times.

In spite of a complicated case, which required more efforts than usually, and the extremely difficult working conditions related to the COVID-19 quarantine, the work has been done very professionally and without any extra charges.
