In the 4 years I've had my VPN router/service from Liberty Shield, I've had very little issue, however, on the odd occasion that I've faced an issue, all I can say is the support given was second to none. Absolutely 1st class in every way!

Works Great!
I admit I was a bit sceptical whether the VPN and router would work for me living in France. But I needn't of worried as it just took a few minutes to set them both up and they worked straight away.
I can now watch BBC iPlayer, ITVX, All4, MY5 and UKTV Play on my tablet. I can also cast all apart from All4, on to my TV which is great.
Would thoroughly recommend Liberty Shield.

Just purchased the liberty lite VPN & had some problems setting up, got in touch with support & Angela replied within minutes & solved the problem & also set up my best connection for my uses, I cannot fault the VPN or the support received absolutely excellent

Great response to a request for information
The speed of the response was amazing. I received an immediate explanation and a further response to explain how the problem was being dealt with. The explanation was accurate and detailed because the problem was resolved the following day, 19/09/24. Thank you again.

The order was processed very quickly…Amazing Service all round.
The order was processed very quickly and efficiently. When I had an issue it was resolved very quickly online by email. I was pleasantly surprised of the response time from the customer support team. Also the router I bought arrived in France from Scotland without any customs charges. All round great customer service and product. Thanks to all at Liberty Shield.
