Problems happen very infrequently but when they do happen they are solved very very quickly. Thanks to great staff.

Easy to install does what it says on the box

Had a problem with my new vpn pro router, it kept slowing down and stuttering programs I was trying too watch.
After a day of trying to sort it myself I gave up.
At 10 pm Saturday night I sent an email to Libertysheild 8.50 am Sunday morning i had a reply and a solution.
Best customer service I have had .
Would recommend highly.

Been with them for years, and no complaints/regrets. Great instant replies from customer support.

My modem broke several months ago so stopped using the service. Surprised to find a charge for a full annual subscription coming through. After I contacted customer service, half was refunded but they effectively charged me half of an annual subscription for services that were not provided and that I also did not want.

Liberty Shield were very prompt with their response and it helped me resolve the issues successfully.

Quick and helpful

Good overall service but be very careful when you sign up as they automatically renew without giving notice.
I've not used them for around 6 months as I'm using other methods for my tv but they have now taken a payment and signed me up again for another year.
When I complained they basically sent me a copy of their terms and conditions and said tough.
They really should let people know that it is going to renew at least a week or so in advance so they we have the choice to cancel
Very underhanded company please beware!

I have used liberty shield for a number of years having previously been disillusioned with some of the big names vpn providers. Whenever O have had cause to make contact for support the service has been fast and issues have always been resolved swiftly and without any problems

What I love about LibertyShield is their ability to listen and respond. The support team works well together. Their response is tailored to the customers knowledge of issue presented a d they follow through to resolution.

A router that works and great customer service if you need any tech help..

Router power adapter got really hot to touch and failed, this is the second of the same type of adapter in two separate devices which is either really bad luck on my part or a common problem with the router. Lucky I was in warranty the second time round however just out of warranty the first time. If I had the option to buy an adapter from liberty I wouldn’t have purchased the new router. Customer service quickly recognised the issue and replaced the adapter without quibble and had me up and running again quickly thank you.

Angela resolved our problem really quickly with a very speedy response and clear instructions on what procedure we needed to follow. Once again everything is working as normal from our side. It’s one thing having a VPN provider but having the technical support that is essential and reactive is worth every penny we spend with Liberty Shield. Thank you.
