This was the best customer service experience we have had from a Mortgage broker, which was accompanied by friendly and professional approach at the same time. From our first virtual meeting over the phone till our post settlement meetings, always had great experience with Mr. Sanjeev. Every effort was shown to provide the best product in market, real comparisons, pros and cons for each product were explained thoroughly. Due to COVID time, face to face meetings were held with safe social distancing. One of the most humble and friendly person to know and work with during the loan duration. We would definitely recommend Sydney localities to approach Sanjeev for a new loan / refinancing. That’s the least we can say and do for someone who provided us the service better than expected or wished for. Keep up the great work Sanjeev. The best part was being proactive and knowledge sharing.
