My partner and I had been very unhappy with a lengthy and frustrating loan application process with People's Choice. After two months, we still only had conditional approval, and we were just two weeks away from settlement when I was lucky enough to get in touch with Oliver.

Oliver immediately contacted Macquarie and even managed to get them to take into account a salary increase my partner was due to receive the following month, allowing us to increase our loan amount by $50,000 (not accepted by People's Choice).

Most importantly, his communication throughout the process was exceptional. He called me in the morning, afternoon and evening with updates, and managed to get everything sorted out within 24 hours.

By the next day, we had formal approval from Macquarie. The following day, we were signing the loan documents, and on the third day both the bank and Oliver were already in contact with our solicitor to make sure everything was ready for settlement.

After two months of uncertainty, Oliver managed to turn the situation around in a matter of days. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Oliver really is the 'Friendly German!'. This guy is on the ball, always! If it needs doing, it's done immediately. If theres something to be communicated, you hear about it immediately. He cares about getting you a 'good deal'. I will recommend him to anyone i know needing a mortgage going forward.
