Lynette was super helpful and always available to discuss any questions. She was very patient while we "ummed and aaahd" about things for a while. A great outcome in the end.

We where referred to Lyn by a family member, so that experience was very good also, other wise we would have not received the referral, we explained our financial position and what we needed help with and the process started from there, some backwards and forwards and a home consultation as well and we where on the way to consolidating some debt and refinancing our home loan, the experience was great, Lyn was more than helpful and explained a lot of things as we went along, everything that we where promised or told about actually happened, and the biggest thing I personally experienced is our new financial lender for our home loan is not one of the big four banks and is 100 times easier to contact and deal with, something I had missed after 25 years with the one lender, so we are grateful for that and I'm a whole 1% cheaper with my new lender instead of where we were with one of the big four.

So I would rate my experience 9/10 and would Recommend Lyn to any one who needs help consolidating or refinancing there home loan.
