Ben's communication skills are extraordinary, just the way he explains things to make the process easy but also takes time to realy get to know you and what you realy need and want, which is so awesome. He was ahead of where the finance was all the way, making sure we were kept informed and even following up with the bank when he thought things were not happening as quickly and seamlessly as they should.
