I was sceptical at first as I get so many call from suspect companies. But I went with LHL as was very pleased with the result, they were professional, rebate came quickly and very happy to pay there bill after I got my refund. We highly recommend.

As a business we get a lot of calls regarding business rates, as a sceptical person I generally take what they say with a pinch of salt. LHLPA were different in their approach, far less hard sell than a lot of companies, therefore I agreed to a visit. The meeting was handled in a professional yet amiable manner, we signed up, were kept updated and soon afterwards received our new rating figures and substantial rate refund. A good business to deal with, I recommend LHLPA.

I must confess to having been a bit sceptical when we were approached by LHL as we get so many cold callers offering all sorts of services. However, were we glad that we appointed them!! They gave us a real insight into what one might term "the shadowy world of business rates" which is a modern horror story! Not only that though, we achieved several thousand pounds of refunds. It was a simple and easy process and fairly priced representing real value for money. I would recommend them without reservation!

I've had my fingers burnt in the past, when dealing with "experts" in helping reduce rates and tap in to government support, which is advantageous to our business. I was skeptical about LHL, however they have been nothing but true to their word and extremely professional in the way they conducted business. They did not seek any upfront money stating that "as the experts, it is our job to only get paid if your claim is approved". i would highly recommend them with in their industry.

Rates Refund.
Originally we had our doubts thinking this could not be achieved. However we were assured that this was possible. LHL representative was vey professional and responded to all our questions. We were pleasantly surprised when a substantial refund arrived. We would have no hesitation in recommending LHL.

After initially being very sceptical, thinking this was another scam and leaving replying to the last minute, I am very pleased we did reply.
Natalie Scoble was very peasant and efficient to work with and we received thousands back that we would otherwise have missed out on. We have also had our payments adjusted moving forward so saving further money ongoing.

LHL Property Auditors Ltd successfully claimed back £17043 on our behalf just prior to the end of 2023, the whole process was taken care of by them with little or no involvement of ourselves and rather rapidly, we of course are very grateful after a couple unsuccessful and time consuming efforts with at least 2 other auditors. We would highly recommend them and they deserve a five star rating
