Actionable accusations were made against an employee of ours by Meagan Matticks,
On Nov. 5. At which time I informed her that we kept records of all internet interaction between employees and customers. I also requested copies of the complaints that were made against the employee, which I still have not received to date November 30th. I think what Meagan fails to realize is that the employee was let go on paid leave for five days while we conducted an internal investigation, but that investigation cannot be completed without B complaints made by the customers against the employee and that by not cooperating with us could lead to action up to and including legal litigation.
Transcripts of all communication between have been kept. I have left my name my phone number my email address and three weeks is plenty of time to have gotten back with me. In an effort to avoid moving to the next step in this investigation which could include legal action we are going to give Meagan Matticks a little more time to make an to assist us in resolving this matter.

I think the buy it’s on Letgo are fake, scammers, or a bunch of tards or something. 20 people can inbox you about an item but nobody actually meets you, have the money for the price you’re asking, want you to always come to them or it’s someone trolling calling you names and saying vulgar things to you. A bunch of eediots are on Letgo.

Horrible app. I have been using it for 2 years and sold 1 item

wish I didn't have to give even one star. My account was permanently disabled by Let go for having a picture of spent rifle brass as my avatar, wasn't even selling any weapons, Letgo and it's staff are too left leaning and have been brainwashed.

This site is a joke i list an xbox one s with controller and 200 games and someone offers 5 dollars. 98 percent of the people never have a car or a ride go figure. If u get an insulting offer tell them to meet you somewhere far and dont show up I'm sure they'll never lowball again. Dont use this site if u have high blood pressure cause most of the people will raise it everyone on there is broke or wanting a handout

Use to enjoy Letgo and purchased many items. Now they have business ads that are repeated numerous times which when for instance looking for new rolls of carpet I have to scroll many pages to get past the duplicated carpet cleaners and installers. Two ads are the biggest offenders but Letgo doesn't seem to care. I have contacted them twice with no reply to my concerns. Very frustrating. I am going back to Craigslist.

Unsolicited emails just began showing up one day. I never downloaded the app, never had any contact of any kind. The unsubscribe feature doesn't work, attempts at contact all fail. I reported them to the FTC spam reporting email address.

Letgo is now inundated with shady and bad local car and furniture dealers operating under people names, perhaps their cheap staff. It has become really annoying, untrustworthy and really not friendly for regular individuals selling stuff.

I have provided feedback but no answer. No longer recommend app.

90% of the time the app won’t open and constantly freezes. The app doesn’t even let you mute their advertising messages without muting the messages you’re expecting.
It is soooo annoying that it deters me from using it. I find that almost ever other app works better. This is unfortunate because it has a lot of potential but it’s managed poorly.
Unless they improve the app’s stability, I consider this app annoying and the bottom of the barrel.

Worst app ever. Everyone on this app thinks that since the app is called “letgo”, you will sell your stuff practically free. Almost all buyers message asking “is this still available” and when you reply within a couple of minutes, they reply saying they’re no longer interested. This app and the users on it are a complete waste of time. No one on this app is serious about doing any actual transaction. They want you to give your stuff away for free.

In all the time I’ve either sold or wanted to buy on Let It Go only once has a sale gone through to completion. Many items are either sold or you just can’t get the person to follow through on a item. It’s puzzling I’ve heard of buyer scams but seller scams???? I’m in region with cash need address? Response? She won’t be home till after 3pm. Ok need pickup address? Nothing. Sad I really got excited about the item a rare computer you just don’t see these type of items. Where did they get the pictures a box for this is more rare then the item???? Can’t seem to go anywhere now app sites or Craigslist, EBay scamming us with costs. We just don’t have an option anymore

I get tired of reading 100 ads by people listing stuff for a dollar-or looking for kitchen cabinets-having 100 cabinet installers posting photos of jobs they have done. Needs a better platform that has handyman services or something-it would help. Maybe a 1$ section or a 12,345$ section!!

Uploading my pics and finding buyers for my electronics was super easy, only to find out 100% of the buyers that I tried to sell to were scammers. Plus, 1/2 the time I couldn’t even chat with them because there was a “technical issue.”

This app is crap. I've had more scammers on here than anywhere. Transitions between sections are jumpy. I'm trying to edit one of my ads and all it does is go to a blank screen. I've had to reset my location several times. I want to delete my profile but can't find where to do that.

90% of the responses you'll get are from out-of-state, asking you to ship whatever item they're buying. DO NOT USE LET GO.

I was looking for something different from Facebook and tried letgo! I saw all these sellers so called verified with 5 star rating from 20-50 people! The first person came to pick up free items and never gave me a review based on meeting experience like we are supposed to. I gave her a good review! The second guy was a scammer buying a $9 lot of costume jewelry to only ask me what other stuff I got to sell him! Ok a scammy rude pawn dealer who wanted my Moissanite ring for basically pennies so he could flip it for hundreds! I gave him a descent review for being on time and reliable and all that. A week later I Msg him reminding him to share same courtesy of giving my review but NOTHING!! Never heard back. The third guy had 47 5 Star reviews and ask me to negotiate a lower price on my necklace bracelet men’s set and I gave him a low price! Super good too and he kept making excuses as to why we never met and the second day he completely ignored me all together! WTH???? I reported these two last guys but I really don’t see this site as reliable trustworthy safe or even lucrative if you are selling! I definitely would not recommend, I truly believe all these reviews are completely bogus!! Fair Warning!

The problem is the majority of the people who contact you about buying something either hit one of the scripted responses by mistake, are low-ballers out to rip you off, or just outright flaky losers simply wasting your time. A lot of good, honest and sincere buyers but you have to go through 100 clueless, disrespectful morons to get to one of them. Very frustrating dealing with people who aren’t serious and can’t keep their word.
It’s a sad reflection of the world we live in these days. Seller Beware! ☹️

The messenger on the app stops delivering messages and the buyer thinks I’m not responding. I’m losing my sales. Horrible app.

Worse than Craigslist. The developer is not monitoring this site, so why not shut it down? Too many scammers & unverified users that are time wasters! Both phone app & web have constant tech issues. Important chats are not received from legit users while the scammers' mssgs can easily go through? Im beginning to think, this entire letgo.com is scam by itself.

My problem is with Letgo & its nonexistent support & help center. I have never had issues selling items on Letgo. However, I have not been able to even log into my account for weeks now! I follow all the so-called "tips" they list in the help center, yet still can not log in! And there is absolutely no way to contact Letgo in order to resolve this issue! There should ALWAYS be a REAL means of contact with a REAL PERSON for users of ANY buying/selling website/application!! The fact that I can not resolve this issue because I am unable to report the issue & make real contact with a real Letgo employee is simply ridiculous! It's straight carelessness & ignorance!
