17 Nisan’da sipariş verdim ve ödemesini yaptım. Kargo şirketinin sitesinde siparişin teslim edildiği görünüyor ancak biz paketi hiçbir zaman teslim almadık. Üç haftadır sipariş bulunamadı ve bana hiçbir çözüm sunulmadı. Birkaç müşteri temsilcisi siparişin tekrar gönderildiğini söyledi fakat hiçbir zaman takip numarası verilmedi.

Bugün Semih isimli müşteri temsilcisi son talebimi tamamen görmezden geldi ve hiçbir işlem yapmadı. Gerçekten çok kötü bir hizmet. Bu mağazadan alışveriş yapmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

ÇiçekSepeti ile yaşadığım deneyimden oldukça hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Evlilik yıldönümümüzde eşime sürpriz yapmak için çiçek siparişi vermiştim, ancak maalesef çiçekler solmuş ve tazeliğini kaybetmiş şekilde teslim edildi. Bu durum ne yazık ki ilk kez de yaşanmıyor. Bu kadar özensiz olmayı anlamakta zorlanıyorum.

Çok çok çok berbat müşteri hizmetleri mevcut, telefonla ulaşmak mümkün değil...
Sipariş yönlendirmek mümkün değildir, satıcılara ulaşmak mümkün değil...

Görseldeki ürünle gönderilen çiçek arasında hiçbir benzerlik yoktu. Yanıltıcı bir görselle satış yapılması kabul edilemez. Bu deneyimden sonra maalesef ilk ve son alışım oldu.

I had a fantastic experience using Ciceksepeti to send a birthday gift to a friend in Istanbul from abroad. I ordered an Olive Bonsai tree, and the entire process was seamless.

The delivery was scheduled for the 9am-12pm slot, but they actually delivered it 30 minutes early, which was a great surprise. The tracking updates kept me informed at every stage. I ordered a service promising photo confirmation before delivery, but received neither via email nor app. Despite follow-ups, responses were generic templates ignoring my specific issue—no photo, no solution offered.
Their reply acknowledged “negative feedback” vaguely but provided zero concrete actions or problem resolution. Deeply disappointed by unfulfilled promises and impersonal communication.

Ciceksepeti.com dan eşimin doğum günü için dört dallı orkide sipariş ettim fakat iş yerine bırakılan ürünün nir dalının kırık ve toprağa saplanmış olduğunu gördük. Derhal fotoğraf çekip şikayet kaydı açtırdık fakat birkaç kez kayıt açtırmamıza rağmen ancak 9 gün sonra döndüler ve çiçekçiye sorduklarını onunla teslim ettiğinde öyle olmadığını ellerinden bir şey gelmediğini söylediler. Biz de gelen çiçeği daha almadan teslim edilen yerde dalı kırıp tekrar yerine yerleştirip sizi mi aradık diye sorduğunda maalesef bir şey yapamayız diye elimizden bir şey gelemez dediler. Ben de neden cezayı ben çekiyorum hatalı ürün aldım dediğimde konuyu kestirip attılar. Bir daha asla bu siteden ürün sipariş etmeyeceğim ve tüm tanıdıklarıma ve hastalarıma bu olayı anlatıp onlarında bu siteyi kullanmamalarını söyleyeceğim.

Awful experience. Placed an order for flowers but never received them. Customer support is totally unhelpful too - no response after filing complaints. Do not recommend!

Çiçek sepeti merand isimli satıcıdan doğum günü hediyesi olarak aynı gün telim garantili saat aldım. Bi ürün aynı gün gitti ama saat olarak kullanılamıyor çünkü kusurlu ve eksik ürün gönderilmiş. Bunun üzerine satıcının verdiği adrese servise gönderdik. Servisin 20 iş gününde yapılır cevabına istinaden iade talep etmek için hem satıcı hem de çiçek sepetiyle görüşmeye çalıştım. Çiçek sepeti dönüş yapacaz diyor, satıcı cevap bile vermiyor. İkisinden de sonuç alamayınca ürüne olumsuz yorum yaptım. Çiçek sepeti yorumumu yayınlayamayacagini söyledi. Yorumum:
'Bir sevdiginizi sevindirmek icin baska hediye alin. ne saticiyi ne urunu tavsiye etmiyorum. Urun hatali ve eksik geldi. Verilen adresteki servise gonderdik ama 20 is gununde yapilacagi soylendi. Sonrasinda iade icin saticiyla iletisime gectim, cevap vermiyor. cicek sepeti ise devamli donus saglanacanacagi yonunde bilgilendiriyor. dogum gunu hediyesini hem kusurlu gonderip hem de hic yardimci olmayarak, sorumluluk alip duzeltmeyerek satici adeta dolandirici gibi davraniyor.'

İş bunlarla bitmedi. Satıcı saati bugün kargo adresinde kayıtlı alıcıyla artık alakası olmayan eski adrese yollamış.

I bought a bunch of roses for my wife, but she never received them. The email says the delivery has arrived. This is a waste of time and money. Please don't use it!!

Don't waste your money and time with this website, they are fraud. Took my payment but flowers never arrived. Useless customer service. Keep asking to update town name as I already supplied full address. Such a disappointment.

I am satisfied with the service. It was my friend's birthday and I ordered flowers through this florist and sent them to her address (since I am in Germany and she is in Turkey). The bouquet was really beautiful!
