Brenda was very helpful and gave us the appropriate information for our specific situation.

James, our transportation guide on our travel date, explained every step of the process at the appropriate time so we never felt overwhelmed.

The transportation setup is well designed. We were able to sit next to our cat’s cage so she could see us the entire time, which we believe helped her.

Note to potential customers: Make sure you have a copy of your onward/return ticket out of the UK alongside your other documents for easy access. Border control agents will want to see proof.

Feedback: booking app was not very easy to understand. When you book for several people with one dog, it is confusing that the same dog has to be mentioned with each person.

Very professional, a few days before the journey I received a list of all the important points related to my dog's documents. I sent it to my vet and it was very helpful. The journey itself was smooth and very pleasant. The driver was so helpful and informative. He told us about every step on our way - what will happen, what to expect. The cages for dogs are comfortable and next to the seat, so you can always open and pet your dog if needed. My doggie went to sleep straight away 😄
