DO NOT use this company's service, please. They made me go through one of the MOST UNPLEASANT days of my life.

I booked the service with this company in April to travel with my dog on June 8th, and I received email confirmations of my reservation, and everything seemed fine. The day before my trip, I went to the website to take a screenshot of the reservation and realized that my reservation had been canceled. I never received ANY email or notification from the company about this cancellation. When I called Brenda to clarify the situation, she told me that unfortunately, there was a problem with the website and my reservation had been canceled. Brenda was extremely rude, completely lacking in empathy, arrogant, and overbearing. Her solution was to include me 8 days later in a service from France to the UK... 1 WEEK LATER! When I brought my dog from Panama to Paris, and I had to fly from Manchester to Paris to pick her up, paying for hotels and other super expensive costs.

Brenda, you are a DISGUSTING person... you should not work in this type of service, especially when emotions and feelings are involved like relocating with your pet (which for many are literally like a child).

Then I hired another transport service, which cost me double what I had paid at Le Pet Express... and the person who attended me at that company told me that Le Pet Express always does this kind of thing because they don't actually have daily trips. They base their service on meeting a minimum quota of people traveling per day... so if you book a day, and unfortunately you are the only one who booked that day, they will cancel you without any explanation or solution.

DO NOT use this service, I would much rather pay more money but be at peace than risk living the unpleasant experience they made me go through.

The service is unique, reasonably priced, and extremely helpful for navigating an otherwise challenging journey.

They are kind and professional. they manage all the process and they come along with you at every step. fantastic solution to people who wants to travel and leave the country and back with a dog at their side

Le pet express is a wonderful service for entering with pets in UK. The service was on time and Sean was amazing in explaining everything to us. the journey was smooth and we reached Ashford international station on time to catch the Train to London. I would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling with pets to the UK.

I had a very unpleasant experience as I used their service to check whether my pet’s documents were in place before traveling from Paris to London. They promise they make the process less stressful, however, to me they caused extreme unnecessary stress by advising that I should change my travel plans due to a booster vaccine not being dated 21 days before traveling which is not even required by the UK government for booster anti rabies vaccinations. It was me explaining this to Brenda and she was unable to listen despite the facts. I didn’t listen to her advice and eventually all went smooth when arrived at Eurotunnel and boards check. This experience caused unnecessary stress and came with a cost that I asked to be refunded and Brenda impolitely refused. Wound’t recommend at all.

They are very professional about pet transfer. They help you with the issue you have in mind. I am very pleased to discover this company. Especially thank you very much to Brenda. I recommend it to everyone.

What a tremendous service and an absolutely wonderful experience. We were emmigrating to Switzerland and were not willing to put our pups on a flight, we also really struggled to find car rental options that would let us rent in the UK and return in Europe and as neither the ferry or the train allowed for dogs with walk on passengers we thought we were out of options...until we discovered Le Pet Express. Brenda's knowledge is first class, hands down she knew more about the process than our own vets did and provided us with excellent information before, during and after the journey. 100% would recommend.

So far I have travelled with Le Pet Express 3 times. Always on time, very reliable. My pet and I feel safe and well cared for. Will definitely continue to keep using them and can 100% recommend.

The staff were very nice helping me ensure I had the right documents. The issue is that I found out the hard way that the service is not reliable for those arriving at CGD. I was aware I could miss the shuttle if not there by 4pm and not get refunded. What I was not expecting is that they were fully booked for the next 8 days, so I was left to my own luck to cross the channel. It felt pretty terrible to be left behind like that. Luckly I was able to hire the Folkstone Taxi Co. for the next day, so I made it safely to the UK with my pet. 1 star because the fact that you are left behind like this is quite awful when you're out in the world with a living animal. In the end, hiring the service was a real gamble.

Brenda totally saved me - I was stranded in Paris with my dog after being refused on to my booked flight to London. She took the time to chat with me on the phone, send me lists of everything I needed, which vets to go to and where to book my train tickets. Will 100% be using LePetExpress again and I recommend everyone else do the same because you cannot beat the pricing or knowledge Brenda has!!!
