This is an amazing service.
First, I was travelling from Amsterdam to UK so needed a pet friendly place to stay in Calais overnight before our bus journey. Brenda, the owner kindly assisted by recommending a place.
Second, the pickup, the detailed straightforward, step by step information provided to prevent any problems at customs.
Third, the incredibly comfortable pet bus where I was able to sit next to my baby in comfort. Water and snacks provided for the pups.
Forth, the other gorgeous little dogs and their parents.
Fifth, the smooth, comfortable and safe journey from Calais to Ashford.
100% PERFECTION. My dog and I are so thankful for this service.

Le pet express exceeded my expectations! We left on time, the bus was super clean and spacious for all passengers and pets. This was the first time travelling with my puppy and Chris made sure we were both ok! They also offered to check my pups pet passport days before the departure date to ensure there won’t be any issues at border control.

Well organized transfer from Calais to Folkstone. The driver was very nice and the shuttle is well prepared for the pets. Pre-check of the documents from the driver is very helpful.
I will use it again for the trip back to Europe.

From booking to drop off this was an excellent service. Having travelled as a foot passenger with a pet across the Channel for the past 10 years using various methods and companies I can say with 100% certainty that this was the best crossing my pet and I have ever had. Lepetexpress was recommended to me by a friend who was delighted by the customer service and I know why. Me and my fellow passengers were well informed both in advance and on the day of crossing, all details and paperwork were handled efficiently by Chris at the Eurotunnel terminal and the drop off was smooth and organised. I throughly recommend this company that has clearly focused its efforts on providing a friendly and well informed pet and owner transport service.

Great service for coming with a pet across the Eurotunnel if you don't have a car. The communication is superb and Brenda (the owner) is on top of everything. Chris (our driver) was super nice and helpful. As most of us got to the Calais Frethun station a bit early, he also came early and was ready to take us on an earlier train to England. Highly recommend!

Absolutely cracking experience with Chris using LePetExpress service. Chris was absolutely lovely and we had a good chat between us all on the journey.
The whole experience from reservation to pick-up and drop off was all really really well organised; a smooth pick up experience at the train station outside of central Calais and a direct and easy process to the Pet check in which was super straight forward.
LePetExpress van is exactly as described and was well equipped for luggage and pets - perfect solution to taking pets across from mainland Europe to the UK; made up with Brenda and Chris's service !

I cannot recommend this pet transportation service enough! The owner, Brenda, went above and beyond to make sure that my nervous dog was comfortable and safe during our journey from Calais to the UK. From the moment we arrived, Brenda was attentive to my dog's needs and did everything she could to put him at ease.

What I appreciated most was how Brenda helped me sort out all of the necessary documents and paperwork for the journey. This made the process so much smoother and less stressful for me as a pet owner. Fantastic service! A lot of compassion and understanding, great knowledge about the border procedures and rules. Brenda is very helpful, takes the lead in the difficult situations which allows passengers to calm down, relax and be taken care of.
