Great range of goods. I purchased the wrong size and was issued a refund no problem.

Wanted to use Cycle to work voucher was advised if I was using this they had to add 10% to the bike price!
Surely this isnt how the scheme works

Hey Shelagh,
If the bike is at the full RRP there would be no surcharge however for sale bikes purchased through the scheme there is a 10% surcharge.

Bike collection
Bike ordering process was straightforward and LL had what I wanted in stock (many outlets didn’t). Very helpful staff member (Chris) when I collected the bike. Set the sag and fitted accessories for me.
