I was looking for a new bike but after a significant back issue I had some fairly specific requirements in terms of geometry and size and kit and Leisure Lakes went the extra mile to help me especially with things like changing the chainset and the seat post, and getting different sizes in to try. The new bike is just what I was hoping so I’m very pleased.

They were alway very helpful with previous bikes which I was building from scratch and it was good to have a Trek dealer nearby to help with the various small parts I needed, as well as carrying out a complex repair to the bottom bracket which is still going strong.

My experience is that as a retailer with several stores they have the resources to deliver a better service while still staying more customer focused than the bigger chains.

Upon this occasion. Were ysually service is spot on. The item i ordered from the nottingham store was not posted out for next day delivery as requested and i had to collect it after 3 days. When i rang up the excuss was the post man had not been to collect. Well thanks for nothing. I ended up collecting it myself from the store not very happy upon this occasion

I have been a customer of Leisure lakes since I was a teenager, I am now 46!! Always held the team in high regards, more recently Andy@Notts helped me purchase a fantastic E-Bike, his level of knowledge and understanding like the rest of the guys is second to none! If you want advice, pop in and talk to the team as they are all bikers which really helps!! Top Shop!

This is so bad it’s all plastic and broke in 3 days and just a waste of £3

Can't fault leisure lakes attall, done quite a few bits of business there with 2 bikes, very responsive with emails, special credit to the Gaffer Andy and his second in command Simon, their mechanics are high quality also, especially Adam, all in all I'd thoroughly recommend this place, Regards Chris Leighton

Good service and reasonable stock availability

I've been into cycling over 40 years & can say this is by far the best bike shop,great selection especially if your into your shiny bits. Michael & Cliff great assets to the store,as are all the lads. I will be definitely buying my new MTB Carbon wheels from these guys,highly recommended 5*

Specialized Kenevo …I took my bike in on a Tuesday as there was a problem with the motor…Thursday I had a call to tell me my bike was ready with a new motor fitted …2 days ..absolutely awesome ..There a brilliant ,friendly ,knowledgable bunch of lads…I can’t recommend and thank them enough for getting me back riding in super fast time 👍

Bought a Nukeproof Scout from these guys and they were brilliant throughout the process.
