Excellent service all round
Excellent service all round. Even when our new bike arrived with a couple of issues the salesman couldn't do enough to put it right for us.

Great service and quick pickup
Easy to search and order online and great customer service when I click and collected with the staff member being very friendly and letting me try the helmet I bought on before heading off. Great service and efficient to pick up.

Excellant Long Eaton store
Purchased 2 bikes from the Long Eaton store.staff were excellent, Very helpful and attentive. Went out of the way to track down the bikes we wanted, allowed a trial ride and ensured they were spot on for us before we collected. Very friendly and helpful team with a good sense of humour. Made the purchase experience for us.
