Great experience overall! I uploaded all the documents and had some more info requested over email but all checks and verification was completed in less than 2 days! I spoke to Nicole as I was hoping to move to the flat ASAP and she offered to flag my file for review to speed up the process and then called back shortly after to confirm it had been completed and sent back to the agent. Thank you Nicole! Really friendly and professional customer service. I called back again and spoke to another gentleman but don’t have his name sorry he was equally friendly, professional and helpful!
