Good Customer Service
Picked up some cans in the sale. Was contacted quickly to be informed two cans weren't available. Was given several options pick two more, refund or have Leftfield pick similar cans. Let Leftfield choose and I'm currently expecting my delivery.
Can't fault this company, would definitely recommend.

A nigh-unbeatable selection
A nigh-unbeatable selection, especially for stouts. Great customer service on the few occasions I've needed to deal with them. Well packaged shipments and a great build a box option. I always look to Left Field first when I want to buy some beer.

Absolutely massive selection for such a small company, delivery or pick up available. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, best bit is the office is 10 mins from my house. I'm about to become a regular customer

A really great selection of beers, ironically easier to get local collabs from them then we can get here 😂 Delivery was really quick and everything was packed really well. Very pleased to have stumbled across them!

We have checked your order and can see that when you placed it you selected the 'build-a-box' shipping option during the checkout process. This is a service we offer to customers that allows them to curate their box over several orders for up to two months until:
A: They qualify for free shipping, or
B: They instruct us to ship the order and decide to pay the shipping charge.
This service is well advertised on our website with links both on the homepage and on the title menu that take you to a dedicated page explaining the service.
We have checked both our emails and the on-site chat function and can see that at no point in the week since you placed your order have you enquired as to its status before taking the nuclear option of leaving is a 1* review. Had you reached out we would have been happy to explain the above to you and given you the option of placing another order to hit the free shipping threshold or paying the shipping charge to have your beers dispatched immediately.
