Great price, quick despatch, timely communication

George was very helpful and knowledgeable about my lens exchange. I needed a 50mm lens for street photography and found a nice Canon 50mm

The Worcester branch had a camera body that I wanted but I live in the South West and I had some kit to trade in against it. Though not as slick as the specialist businesses that are "Internet sales only", it was fine and the deal was completed in a reasonable time so very happy.

i purchased my first film camera from lce today and (as someone who knows nothing about cameras) i asked a lot of questions. i would highly recommend lce to people like me who don’t have much knowledge about cameras, as i really felt that no question i asked was a stupid question and everything was explained to me clearly and thoroughly, meaning that, when it came down to choosing which film i wanted, for example, i was able to make the decision myself. i feel like the person who helped me had a very clear passion for cameras and this really shone through in my experience; i felt that i wasn’t being sold to, but i was being educated, and helped to make the best decisions to find what i was looking for in a camera. i left the shop today knowing how to use my new camera as well, as i was shown how to do everything i’d need, as well as being told where to find any additional information i may need, and also knowing i can pop back in or send them a message for any help. i honestly cannot recommend you enough, and i am so excited to take photos with my new camera!!

Quick and knowledgeable response to queries.Product in excellent condition and as described. Only downside was lack of direct communication from the courier delivering the purchase which meant we missed the first delivery attempt.

I simply contactedf L.C.E. Worcester as I knew I would get the information I needed. Subsequently, batteries for my Sony RX1R II camera were delivered next day.

Really helpful and honest advice about our camera. Tested it and explained issues. Gave us options about 2nd hand. Bought what was suggested via website. Website great.

Enquired to Worcester LCE for shutter count of Canon 5DRs, which was not stated in description of camera (unlike the other 2 available from two different LCE stores) the information requested is really important as the camera is considered a professional camera and as such prone to high usage by owners.
I was twice given hard to believe reasons, as to why they couldn’t supply the requested information. That was after I had sent an email advising them how to go about retrieving information from camera.
Very disappointed by the attitude shown by staff, but they did reply with excuses very quickly.

The transaction depended on my best deal for the sale of my camera and lens at the Manchester branch so Worcester held the camera I was buying until after that.
The camera arrived promptly, well packed and in excellent condition. A well deserved 5 stars.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff
I spoke with three members of staff, phone calls and in person, all were extremely helpful both prior to purchase snd after sales care.

I came to the shop to ask for advice. George took time to explain the options for lighting, the best tripod to use for my budget and additional features for my DSLR. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you:)
