Online purchase from the Worcester shop
I bought a used lens from the Worcester shop online and all I can say is that I am chuffed to bits with it. The lens was a Sigma 150 - 500 and it arrived the very next day extremely well packed and on arrival, found it to be in perfect condition. I have used it since and haven't been disappointed. I have purched items online from the Worcester and Norwich shops and in person from the Lincoln and Plymouth stores and have been very pleased on each occasion.

Went in to upgrade my Sony kit lense to G master , sales assistant was really helpful , letting me try the new lense on Sony camera body and also giving me lots of useful tips.
Although they are a nationwide chain it’s got the feel of independent camera shop, with people just wanting to impart their knowledge. Impressed.

The lens was sent to my old address
The lens was sent to my old address, which you must have had on your records, but which I left 6 years ago. My attempts to locate the lens have involved a lot of effort.
I accept that should have spotted the error during the ordering process, but at no stage do I recall being clearly asked about the delivery address (When I use Amazon, this is very clear.)
