ordered a second hand nikon zfc camera body off derek and was extremely happy with the service, and questions asked and answered properly. so polite and helpfull as all LCE branches are and will always look at LCE sites first. camera was in first class condition and came boxed.great price as well..

Spoke with George today at the Worcester Branch. What an excellent ambassador for this company. I am a complete novice - he answered all of my questions in easy to understand terms.
I purchased my first camera from them. So far the service had been exemplary.. I am sure I will be a repeat customer based on my experience thus far.

It came within a couple of days (I ordered on a Sunday) and I've already been out with my 'new' lens - it's looking good so far.

Mail order from Guildford Branch & Worcester arrived next day. Prompt replies to emails. Second hand lenses sent from Newcastle to Southampton branch for me to view arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one mail order item arrived damaged but was swiftly replaced within 48h. Well done LCE.

This is the sort of service I have come to expect over the years from LCE when buying both online and in store.

Sadly, I experienced a very poor service both in store when buying an expensive (to me -approx £1000) secondhand body and on a separate occasion buying online from the same store.

Despite, being a customer for many decades and having had first-class service from all the other branches I had shopped at, I promised myself I would never buy anything from any LCE branch in the future.

However, LCE Worcester had a pro-grade lens I needed at a fair price and as at the time there weren’t many other examples available, I reluctantly decided to buy it from them.

George and Alex did all that I asked of them, answering my questions in a friendly and professional manner and honestly.

They stored the lens for me as I could take delivery immediately and when I could, they despatched it promptly.

In short they reminded me that not all LCE branches are the same and that I had had excellent service from all the branches I had bought items from bar one.

Nothing will convince me to change my mind about the branch that I performed so poorly and I will never shop there again.

But I will from LCE Worcester and the many other LCE branches I have used.

I was on business in Worcester and decided to pop into The London Camera Exchange to enquire about a Nikon Z6iii. Derek was very knowledgeable & helpful as were all the staff. I have now purchased the camera and would definitely recommend this store to anyone.,

Fantastic customer service and incredibly knowledgeable staff. Why else would I drive for one hour to then park my car and walk for a mile to go to this shop.
I have had long conversations over the phone and in the shop with Alex & Derek who are incredibly helpful. I spoke to Russ a couple of weeks ago about the reason why I had taken some disappointing photos and he very kindly spent twenty minutes explaining my possible mistakes over the phone. After some significant purchases in March they have just helped my son buy an amazing camera with a great lens for a good deal. To Alex, Derek and Russ - a huge thank you from me!

I was looking for a reasonably priced pair of binoculars. Over a number of visits I was unhurriedly shown and described three ranges which varied in both quality and price. I was given sufficient easy to understand technical information across each range which enabled me to make a decision. I explained my rationale and was given further helpful information to confirm and sometimes modify my choice. After a period of deliberation I returned and again was given helpful advice. After several return visits I finally made a decision to buy likely the pair that were originally recommended for my needs.
