Plenty of effort made with good communication by mail and phone to find and deliver very small items from 2 sites.

Great price and communication.
Great price for the lens I ordered on line, and one of the few retailers who seemed to have it in stock for delivery.
I received emails keeping me up to date with which branch it was being sent from, and then from DPD on delivery time.
Arrived when they said it would.
Overall it was a perfect purchasing experience.
