Another second hand equipment purchase, this time from the Manchester store. As normal my questions were answered promptly but no pressure to buy. Delayed delivery so I could be in was handled by the store and purchase was tracked on day of delivery. Equipment arrived extremely well packed and as described on the website. Would absolutely recommend LCE for secondhand equipment.

First time purchasing pre-owned equipment and I can't fault the service given by the staff at Manchester, after a quick follow-up call regarding a DSLR, they were very helpful and more than happy to answer a small query before buying. The item arrived the next day, very well packed with the said camera looking like it's never been used.
Overall I found the whole process from start to finish, quick, easy and kept well informed. Will be more than happy to recommend to others and buy again from LCE.

The whole process was excellent. From the trade in at Manchester, handled very well to the delivery of my binoculars. I ordered my binoculars at 12.30 they arrived the following day at 12.30. DPD gave clear accurate information on the delivery.

Purchased a used camera from LCE Manchester. It was delivered the next day and was in even better condition than described. Very happy with the service.

I purchased a pre-owned Canon camera and lens from the Manchester branch. The camera looks brand new, as does the lens, and the general overall quality is superb. I am so pleased with the items, I feel like I got a brand new camera for a fraction of the price!

It's worth noting that the guys in the store are really helpful and knowledgeable too.
