Camera beautifully packed and arrived very quickly after I put in my order. This is a reliable company that I have used many times over the years. I would love to visit one of their shops, but there is no longer one near where I live. So online alternative works well.

Very efficient process.
Having shopped around, I found the best price with LCE. I ordered the camera, and expected the usual 2-3 business day despatch, then delivery. Within 24 hours I had notification that the parcel was going out for delivery. It was delivered at the beginning of the named time slot. All in order and super efficient.

It's now 3/8 and still didn't receive…
It's now 3/8 and still didn't receive it.
DPD won't take it to a pick up point.
Ridiculous
I was at home waiting for DPD,my delivery window was 8am to 12pm, I received a message at 11.43am saying sorry we missed you, the photos were of a cul de sac in another area of Wolverhampton they didn't even try to deliver it. So no I didn't miss it.
I received another message at 12.51pm saying the same. So what's going on then??
I immediately forwarded the photos and message to you via email please check!
I have all messages, emails, photos as evidence.
Please don't make out I was in the wrong as I was waiting for the delivery.
DPD messed up massively!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been.
Unfortunately, after two failed delivery attempts, the battery is now being returned to us. Our courier options are limited when it comes to the transportation of lithium batteries.
Our Hereford store will be in touch shortly to arrange a prompt refund or discuss an alternative solution with you.
Due to the nature and value of the goods we supply, DPD require a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, this means they are unable to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or redirect it.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
