Whole process was efficient and painless. Delivery was next day and condition of used camera and lens bought was just as described...as new. Wouldn't hesitate to use again based on this experience.

I wanted to try out a couple of lenses on my camera, one of which the Exeter branch had in stock and the other not. They sourced the second for me and could not have been more helpful. This is customer service as it should be. Excellent product range, competitive prices and great service. I am very impressed.

I purchased a Canon PRP-310 printer at 2.30pm on a Thursday afternoon, I realised that I was close to to the time limit for next day delivery but all of the correspondence indicated that I would get the next day delivery. However the printer was eventually delivered on Monday. The box was clearly damaged and had been sealed with a tape with the message 'repaired by DPD'. The printer was not damaged. and deserves Five stars.

This was the camera I was looking for and with an amazingly low shutter count!
