I purchased a product on sale and it last it two months. When I purchased the product I thought it's the last product so they want to get rid of that. The hair unit lasted two months, not very good. The customer service is not helpful. I ordered another hair unit and it didn't left China yet, after 6 days when I placed the order.

If you are on a tight budget and pursue a natural look, the lavivid tyler system is your first choice. I’ve been wearing this for 4 months and I will say it’s the best experience I’ve ever had. Only a little shedding, fine for me tho.😀 Will stick to Lavivid.

Terrible customer service. Sent me a totally wrong hair piece disregarding my instructions. Pretending I never gave them. Refusing to send me the initially correct ordered one.
Trying to scam people here, be aware don’t order hair systems here. Terrible customer service with horrible quality.

i recently ordered the service: template base cut and been waiting for an email to be sent to me but never gotten one. i contacted Lavivid and talked to Alleah and she showed me that they did send out an email for the shipping label to be sent out, which i probably deleted or it went to my spam lol. Anyways Alleah helped me out and downloaded it for me and sent it out on live chat and on email. Great customer service and Alleah deserves a pay raise thank you Alleah 👍

i am very pleased with this company, there are many good professionals in the hair sector and especially in hair systems which are very difficult i ordered a hair system and it came to me in 10 days and it was perfect i wear it, and two months have passed and it is intact and of course i will buy it again

I have been working with Lavivid Hair for a couple of years now as an influencer and they are wonderful! They have the best systems, and at great prices. The entire team is wonderful! My hair systems are the best in the business from them.

They don't stand behind their product. If there's a quality issue, they'll offer a coupon to make another purchase. AVOID THESE CLOWNS

I ordered a custom made hairunit with all my wishes and specifications. My sides are rather thin, so I had to order a custom made unit. With a lot of help and personal interaction through mail correspondance with Tina ( Support LaVivid Hair ) we could finalize the customarizations ( what kind of hair, base, thickness, colour, curl, etc. ). After sending my template, I received my hairunit after 3 months....and the quality of the hair unit is outstanding! I am really impressed. Tina's help was great, she responds to mails and questions quickly and that support is essential by making a customized hair unit. A big, big compliment to Tina and laVivid hair!

This company is by far the best I have used. Top of the line customer service and every product is the best quality. Online shopping experience is simple and easy to use with lots of styles to choose from. Lavivid is the best of the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my needs.

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR SYSTEM FROM LAVIVID. My experience with LaVivid was horrible. Before the sale they were incredibly helpful. Once I made a purchase things changed. I had to wait for 10 months to receive my unit. I understand the pandemic slowed things down, but once I received the unit there was a patchy spot that had not been filled in well. I sent photos and they offered to fill in the patch if I sent back the unit, in which I had to pay for the shipping costs. I had to negotiate to get a shipping label, which they eventually gave me. I sent out the unit and they eventually sent it back after quite another long wait and several follow ups. I never received the package. Upon following the tracking number, no information was available. At this point I contacted LaVivid several times and have never heard back from them. I tried calling their office in L.A. and never even had anyone answer. I had to purchase from a competitor and will never purchase from LaVivid again. I placed my initial order in October of 2020 and now it is August 2022. I am out $300. What a waist of time and money.

*** I originally posted this in August of 2022. They contacted me and said they would send me a replacement. I immediately took down my post on good faith. To this day I have not received anything and they do not respond to me. FRAUD

I’ve been using Lavivid for about a year and a half now and their team makes it so convenient and easy to get the system that meets your needs. When I order my system it comes in nice packaging and the hair quality is superb. I highly recommend ordering through them for all your hair needs.

Brutal. Don’t do it.
What they show and what you receive are two completely different items. First off - when you’re looking for something thick and it comes patchy - fail.
When you order brown and it comes red - fail.
When you get it shipped to Canada you have to pay for shipping and then when you return you pay for shipping and restocking fee.

The team is very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help answer questions to ensure I order the right product. They are friendly and willing to help, which is a basic thing but what many of the competitors do not have

10/10, will use and reccomend again. I especially like the new dull material

Let me start off by saying I have been using LaVivid hair systems for the better part of two years and I have yet to have a bad experience with them or their products ! I have worn the Mirage , ErosCthrough and now the Louie systems and the products are unmatched ! The systems they provide are in my opinion the best out there ! The hairlines are truly undetectable and I get compliments on my hair a lot ! The customer service is also unmatched..if ever a problem they resolve with no hassle. I truly stand behind this company because of the customer service experience and the quality of the products ! I have been beyond elated with the products they provided to help boost men and women’s confidence all around the world ! I recommend their products to anyone ! Amazing !

I have been wearing a hair system for just over 2 years now. I have used several different brands/companies but always come back to lavivid. My current system from lavivid has to be the best I've ever had, perfect combination of density, wave and colour. Amazing hairline which is always the real tale tale sign for me. As a company great customer service, always there to help and guide through the process of buying - this is a big purchase so you want it to be right. Cannot recommend enough
