I’ve tried numerous places for hair system and I finally found THE system for me at lavivid, order came soooo fast too, and managed to get it on in time for my birthday.. never had anything negative from then and they’re always on hand on social media’s for any help or questions. Which is very re assuring. Also there range is extensive and I feel like whatever I get from these guys it’s always a quality piece

Unbelievable service...started off as just an inquiry into color matching. Being new to hair systems I had a lot of questions. Harold took his time and help me find the right color match then offered to help me find the right base to match my lifestyle, outstanding service!

I wish my request would have been approved...I ordered 2 system just be fore the sale was announced..I asked if it could be included and I would have purchased a third one...but was told ...sorry we can't do that

I was with them over 3 years, but starting this year, quality plummeted. Custom units didn't fit, and shedding like a dying cat. My stylist told me other customers were experiencing the same, and recommended another provider. I'm much happier. Wonder why you can't review them on Google.

The hairline looks so realistic, it feels just like my own hair. I'm impressed with the natural look!

I’m not a reviewer, but the more I wear this system, the more inclined I’ve become to write one.

I bought the “Mars” system. It looked great online, and I trusted Lavivid as a reputable site. Initially, the system looked okay, but after less than a week, the hairline itself became awful. It’s now a blunt, black line across my head.

I was told I could restyle this system like a normal head of hair. I asked about this specifically. And styling the system was manageable…. Initially. But after about a month, it’s become extremely difficult. Sleeping with it alone causes the hair to be completely blown up the next morning(and no, not just bedhead, it’s worse than that).

I’ve found myself wearing caps on certain days to conceal the cheap and untamed hair that screams “I’m wearing a wig” to everyone. I’m also struggling to style the system and feeling insecure about it in public. Sounds like what one does when you’re covering your natural balding hair?

Systems are supposed to alleviate that, I invested so much in the hopes of getting my confidence back. But I instead feel I wasted tons of money. And for this, I’m extremely disappointed.

Update: Lavivid reached out after this review and worked with me to offer a replacement system at a reduced cost. While it wasn’t the exact system I originally wanted, I appreciate that they made an effort to address the issue. Overall, the situation is better than it was before the replacement, but this current system has just as blunt and thick of a hairline……

I've been wearing the Mars hair system for about a month, and I'm very happy with how natural the graduated hairline looks.

Quality of the hair is great! I like the new Mars unit. And the customer service is a top notch. I love their service and overall they know what you need!

My Mirage hair system arrived in less than a week. It feels so lightweight, and the hairline looks perfectly natural - I'm so happy with how it turned out.

The website said "6 pieces available." I bought it nine days ago. The product was on hold for several days. The response I received was, "Your product is in production." I sent messages, called... but got no response, and my messages were answered three days later, which is business days. I missed an event because I trusted it would be like the other times. Besides not having ready delivery, the product also has a customs issue now. Why don't you explain this better on your website? That way, we won't be misled. Negative feedback about your store, from sales, service, shipping, and customer service. Last time I buy.. I don't want any more problems or wasting my money.

It's been 11 days and I still haven't received my product. Now I have to pay the difference for the wrong prosthesis size, which I mentioned when I first contacted them... and I don't even know how many more days... Very upset and disappointed with the service, shipping, I don't recommend it.

I have been wearing Hair systems for over 14 years now and I have to say the best is LaVivid hair . I just absolutely always find the quality of the hair and the standard is so high ! I have tryed so many different companies over the years but none match to LaVivid from stock to custom systems they do it all .

I've been using Helios for 4 months and noticed the hair thinning on top. Ivan from Lavivid offered a free repair, even though they didn't have to. My old supplier charged me $120 for repairs, which felt expensive. Really appreciate Lavivid offering this service and covering shipping - I'll definitely stick with them.

Their customer service is top flight. E-mails are always answered within six hours. Their deliveries have ALWAYS arrived at least a day earlier than scheduled.

I love how soft the skin is - not stiff like some lace ones, and no knots, which is important for me as I worry about it looking fake. Used to buy from somewhere else but Lavid is way better. Might try a #4 next time for a better color match. And their styling service was a great surprise, saved me about $160 on a cut!

I been a customer of Lavivid now since April 2020, I went to another company for 33 years but after Covid they just couldn't get back on track with lead times and was taking a year to make one system for me. Thank goodness for me doing research and finding Lavivid, they have exceeded my expectations. Every hair system they make for me is amazing quality and craftmanship . The customer service is pretty quick and will answer all of your questions or concerns in a timely manor. I buy 4 custom hair systems at a time as I wear my systems for only 6 weeks and than replace them with a new one. If you have any doubts at all about what you may receive from other hair company's, this would be one company I personally recommend to anyone looking to get a hair system.
