I have had well over 20 pages of documents translated from Language Oasis and I've got to say they did an EXCELLENT job. They were extremely efficient. I called Language Oasis to ask if they translated Dutch diploma's.
The lady on the phone was very nice and professional and explained what they do, and how fast it would be translated.
Within less then 48 hours, I had my translated diplomas!

the translation was really fast but the problem is the presentation of the document. I received my documents today (March 20th) and these were perfectly translated to spanish but since the company shipped them without a folder I received my papers with lots of wrinkles and bended ( not a good presentation specially because I have to show them to an immigration officer).

I was positively surprised by the speed with which the document was translated and had a very positive experience with the customer service. On the other hand, the translation of a very important document lacked professionalism. It was an official document written by a lawyer and needed translation from English to German. Although I am German and write and speak the language fluently, I decided to give it into the hands of a translator to make sure everything is correct and appropriately translated and also to save time on my part. The result was very disappointing and it was obvious that several parts were translated without care and even incorrect. I spent about 3 hours to correct the errors in translation and to bring in an appropriate German. If I would not speak the German language, I would not have known better and accepted the translation as it was, but it would have been an embarrassment. So fortunately, I was able to catch it before the document went out. I hope other customers will have a better experience.
