Fast and very affordable service.
Very fast (I needed to have it send to Denmark) service and very cheap compared to the competitors prices. I called customer service a few times - a little hard to get through, but the lady I spoke with was always very helpful. I would def. recommend this company to others.

I don't recommend to use Language Oasis services
They translated a university transcript from German to English. I speak both languages, thus it was pretty easy to realize that there were mistakes. Actually, very obvious mistakes. They used google translate to translate some parts of my document, really, they did it. Google translate was the only "dictionary" in where I could find the type of error they were making.
In addition, Language Oasis says in the website that they use native translators. False. When I received the first translation (I obviously requested a new one with changes) I was able to see who had been the translator. When I googled it...surprise! She was neither a German native speaker nor an English native speaker (she was from somewhere in Eastern Europe and had lived in Germany for only a few years). And you can notice the difference when a translation has been done by a native or not.
Finally, the layout was awful. It was not easily legible. What the document needed was just two more minutes job which would have include the use of the "bold" and "cursive" command of microsoft word - something that a 10 years old knows how to use. This last failure in conduction with the other ones listed above are indicators of how little Language Oasis cares about their job (making good translations) in contrast to how much they care about making money.
In conclusion, really, don't use the translation services provided by Language Oasis.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced back in November 2013. Please rest assured that the company took the necessary disciplinary measures with the translator. Language Oasis strives to maximize its customer satisfaction. It is not true that we do not care about the job we do, or else we would not have sent you the job for revision before we mailed it out. We listened to your requests and corrected the translation accordingly in no time, and then we shipped your documents after your approval. As for the translator, she is proficient in translating to/from German and she always translates with absolutely no problem reported. When it comes to the translation of courses in transcripts, some names of courses differ from one country to another. We are not justifying the mistakes done, but what matters is that we care about our customers and our services. We make sure that each and every translation completed, is a translation approved by the customer. We are always glad to make any changes requested until the customer is fully satisfied.
This company is the best at what they do in every way
I have used this company for quite a few documents to be translated and each time they do a great job, not only with the accuracy but the timing each document is completed. I would recommended this company to everyone.

AWESOME!!!
In less than three hours I had my birth certificate translated from Spanish to English. I am fully bilingual and can tell you the translation is precise. Language Oasis is great resource to use if you need an official and professional looking translation.

Sloppy Translation
The customer representative was helpful, but the translation done by this company was conducted in a sloppy and completely unprofessional manner. It is unfortunate that this is probably not the only company that is certified to make translations of documents of paramount legal importance and is woefully unprepared for the task.

Thank you for your praising our customer representative services. We apologize, however, for the two mistakes in translation. We assure you that the necessary disciplinary measures were taken regarding the translator. And as discussed over the phone with you yesterday, we were alarmed that these two mistakes were made by this translator in particular as this is not something she would usually do. As for the other issues towards the end, they are merely the result of the unclear handwriting which could only be understood by someone who knew personally the names and addresses. And this is why we send the translated copy to our customers for checking before finalizing it and sending it out.
I ll advise language oasis anyone who need translation of any documents!
You are doing a great job, fast, great communication, very Profesional! !
