I ordered a bike mount and it came broken

I purchase this stand in Nov 2025 and loved it. It was sleek, adjustable height and tilt, held the phone well in either direction, and foldable for travel. Perfect! Unfortunately in Jan/2026 the small ledge that folds out to hold phone (see pic) broke off. It is all plastic and so when broke it cannot be fixed. Return and got another one and still loved it until July 2026 when the same thing happened!!! This time it was outside the return window so I tried to reach out to seller thru amazon- NOTHING back. I reached out to Lamicall directly as the stand has a 1 year warranty on 8/1 and 8/8 and still no reply. I honestly can say the stand has not dropped or had some misuse and I do not believe I am slamming the phone down onto the stand with force to break it. I think it is a design flaw possibly due to the use of plastic rather than a sturdier material or the edging that holds the lever/peg into place is not thick enough or built to allow it to pop out but then also be popped back into place. Regardless the bigger issue is that the company Lamicall offers a warranty which is appropriate and indicates good faith and reliability, HOWEVER Lamicall does not respond which is what drives this review. As consumers the ONLY power we have to stand up against corrupt, greedy companies is to NOT BUY their products and to share experiences thru reviews. If Lamicall reaches out and replaces the stand I will reconsider this review.

Was great at first. Wth regular use, it became less and less stable. It got saggy and wouldn't hold anything up. It started to crack at the attachment of the plastic anchor pin and the leather covered wire, and finally broke, in 2 places. Not really for regular use, and not repairable, without a full roll of gorilla tape.

FABULOUS cell phone stand with adjustable angle and height, while allowing phone cord to charge while on the stand. Came within 24 hours of ordering, packaged perfectly and looks classy! FANTASTIC for working from home and video conferencing, how did I live without this stand and for such an affordable price?

Their phone stand is of quite good quality, I purchased 2 and both have been great. My husband was admiring them, and wanted one for his phone so I got him this cell phone stand in black. He likes how it looks, he likes how it works, and uses it at his office to facilitate calls on speaker phone.
