Risposta di Ladders UK Direct
Dear Mr Richards
Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your first set of ladders arrived damaged.I completely understand why you suggested bubble wrap. However, due to the large size and industrial nature of these items, we are actually unable to wrap them completely. Wrapping the ladders can obscure the frame during transit, which makes it very difficult for our couriers to spot handle-points or notice any transit damage before it reaches your door.I am pleased to confirm that your replacement set has now been successfully delivered. We hope these have arrived in perfect condition and are ready for use.If you notice any further issues let us know.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

excellent nothing more to say.
pro : good price fast delivery, person delivering was polite and very helpful, the ladder is really sturdy and gave me a lot of confidence whilst moving about on it, the base was reassuring cons: only one thing , maybe the base could be made telescopic for ease of moving it around , just a thought, otherwise excellent , certainly exceeds my expectations , well done .

I was expecting next day delivery!
I can't fault the ladders, although I was my fault for ordering ladders which were too long. I have taken one start off because, I bought it on the understanding that it was next day delivery. It took 5 days. When I tried to phone you on the 3rd day, after the options, there was no answer.

A frustrating experience so far.....
Unfortunately this has so far been a frustrating experience. Delivery later than expected and the ladders were damaged. Replacement set was promised but haven't arrived. A shame as apart from the damage the ladders look good. Maybe need to find a different delivery company?
