I consider them an irresponsible company. Today we had a trip with them, and they canceled it, citing bad weather. The information showed that the weather would be good between the two destinations, and we confirmed this when we were forced to take the bus.
They leave you stranded, regardless of your urgency.
Our conclusion was that they used this excuse because there were few people on the boat.
Today, October 24th, there was NO bad weather as they claimed, and Google Weather already said so...

Very kind crew, they help passangers with their luggage. Ships are very fast and modern.

Awful company, do not use them, staff are incredibly rude and miserable, makes the 5hr journey unbearable. You can’t even lie down to sleep the time away as they shout at you even though the boat is half empty. They won’t let you outside. The “food” on board is shocking. Please find another way to get from Dubrovnik to Split. Awful customer service. In fact NO customer service. I feel like they’d rather be driving an empty boat back and forth all day. Disgusting “service”

If you’re planning to pre-book one of Krilo’s catamarans, watch out. They won’t tell you where it boards. We missed a catamaran from Dubrovnik to Hvar because we were waiting at the old port. Apparently we were expected to know that the service is from the new port. The tickets only said “Dubrovnik.”

Nevertheless, we rushed to the new port in a taxi 20 minutes before the service. We arrived just as the catamaran was closing its doors. The crew laughed at us and waved back as they saw us helplessly wave.

The customer service on the phone is rude and won’t let us reuse our tickets for the next day’s service. The woman on the phone tells us we can email her manager but won’t let us speak to him. So they’re ripping us off knowing we don’t have options for the mistake of pre-booking our tickets. If we planned to buy the tickets as we boarded, we wouldn’t pay anything for a missed boat.

This is hopeless service.
