Pour ma part j'arrête de travailler avec Vinted qui utilise DPD, trop de colis perdus, trop d'argent perdu

The package disappeared
The package disappeared. When I filed a claim, the package appeared (3 weeks later). They promised to deliver it, but it took another week.

I didn’t want to leave a negative…
I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but this just doesn’t make any sense to me anymore… I was expecting a package on January 22. My husband called DPD in the morning and asked them to leave the package in a parcel locker, confirming all my details once again. In the end, the courier gave my package to some company at a completely different address. How is that even possible!? Then the courier went to retrieve the package to return it. I was told that the package would be delivered to the parcel locker the next day, January 23. And once again, nothing arrived. Naturally, I called and wrote to them again, and they assured me that it would definitely be placed in the parcel locker on January 24. It’s now almost 7 PM, and still nothing. To say I’m shocked by this service and furious would be an understatement. I understand mistakes can happen, but I’ve never encountered anything like this before…

I ordered a parcel for value of 930€ that was lost
I ordered from an online store a parcel for value of 930€.
First, all goods except for one item were lost (or stolen) and were never delivered to me by DPD
Then, the store sent me a replacement parcel. When DPD delivered them, the box was totally open and the receipt sheet by the merchant wasn’t in the box.
Is this the way you are supposed to treat your customers?
